It's easy: pick any skin and rotate your screen by 90° degrees.
Seriously, it's impossible to make scrolling from left to right (or right to left), I never seen any screenshot, or any proof this is possible to do that

I starting to feel like this has to be a new mode that implemented in Osu!Lazer in order to work, but I wish that I can play it like that
you actually can by using nvidia control panel go to rotate display then click on the arrows to change it, its pretty scuffed but i tried it and it works
