Yeah, That's right. Book of source code, Osu! Stable, close source and more.
you can probably find something related on ppy's github https://github.com/ppy
Everything is stored in their repository, look for it in osu's github profile!

What about Book of Osu Stable C#, etc.?
pretty sure stable is closed source so you cant easily get the source code for the client.
