They really look similar but chitoge has blonde hair and these 2 from the picture more likely have brown hair.Stomiks wrote:

pretty easy,I just asked peppy and he said yeah and told me to show it to noone or else i'll get banned. I was lurking around on osu until i found osu!next (designed by flyte). I noticed His pictures were similar to those "blurry" banners. And he had those Anime Figurines. So i went to his Instagram, scrolled far down until i found them.

The first one is actually onodera from Nisekoi and special guests behind them
So basically what they did is they just Cropped the Image and blurred it like that
