Is this skin real or possible to do?

So I was looking at supporter benefits and I came across this image
and I was wondering if a skin like this is possible to do cuz I love how simple it looks and if not I would love for it to be possible to customize slider tracks peppy please see this

This skin is just a graphical mockup and not possible to achieve like that.

Stable version don't take any new feature now, but if you would like to see this in osu!lazer, the next osu! client, go here.
