can anybody tell me why cant i download skins from any sites. my downloads stops with network issue and when i resume it downloads into something which can neither be exported nor can be opened

Hi I have same problem if someone can tell us how to fix it thanks!
Probably an issue with your isp or those sites, not alot we can do here. If you get an osk file, try dragging it into the osu! window and dropping it to open it
If you find out, please tell me, I have the same problem
Where do you try to download your skins? The issue may be from here.
