Speak - 2 languages.
Understand - 3 langauges.

My mother tongue and English, for obvious reasons. Since English is compulsory in school.

And Hindi, which is also compulsory in school, but only for 8 standards/years until you get to decide between languages. I wouldn't consider myself any fluent in Hindi since I'm only capable of speaking Hindi to a minimal extent while being able to understand more of it to a larger extent.

And then there are other languages which I've tried learning but I wouldn't really consider myself any good at them.

Can barely present myself: Malay/Indonesian, Vietnamese, Dutch.

Can speak fluent Cantonese (Mother tongue) and English (Mandatory lessons since kindergarten)
Can speak not-so-fluent Mandarin but still able to communicate without any problem
Can speak a bit of Japanese but I can't really communicate, I understand what they say and write tho

Spanish and Portoguese are understandable for me cause similarities with Italian but I cant have any conversation in those languages.
I know numbers in Finnish and how to introduce myself in Japanese but I won't count those two so I'll say 4

i speak 3(.1) languages (In order of language leanr when) (yes i am totally good at english)
- Indonesian (Obviously)
- English (Obviously part 2)
- Javanese (i am bad at it)
- Japanese (only basic sentences, as my japanese sounds like a 3 year old on ot)

I can speak French and English, and understand more than 3 words per sentence in spanish

Don't give up so easy. With a fair pinch of salt code reviews can be considered as "speaking".

But nah, nobody will accept such interpretations, too imbalance to cope with or welcome a first 10+ polyglot to this thread then, hah.

I can speak english and american portuguese quite fluently, and I can understand spanish and its variations pretty well, same happens with epuropean portuguese.
