Its totally up to your own preferences, tho, most people would probably say either cookiezi skin, old rafis skin or yugen
I personally use rafis' skin (2017-08-10) for hddt and FlyingTuna's for anything else.

The ultimate best skin for gameplay doesn't exist. The skin you choose depends on your preferences and what you like. (Some people put their waifu in their skin).
I think the best way to find your skin is test many skins, and choose your skin with what you like and what you don't like.
