I got the right bpm but the offset seems off even though I start at the first beat. I had to play with local beatmap -20ms before but after I changed the offset in editor, my friend still said the offset is time wrong. Need help tysm

Hi!
s/1984239 I'll like a timing check for this. Specially for the beginning. Aparently after 12386 the BPM keeps stable at 158, but ain't sure of that neither. Thx u sm!

I set the BPM/offset to be correct, but as soon as the song starts it goes off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I timed from second bar, got BPM 81.612 / Offset 3485. I am guessing maybe they were following a click track for most of song, but not *rigorously*. As such there are other parts you may want to manually time, and also parts you'll need to such as the start and ending

It would be easier if you guys would post replies like this in the respective maps discussion panel.
This way the mapper gets a notification, since I doubt too many have this thread here Bookmarked with Notification enabled.

can someone help with trying to fine tune the bpm and figure out the offset? the drum breakdowns seem in time at first but later drift off out of time (compare the one that sets off the song to a later one around halfway at the end of the first chorus)

after some digging the bpm is 120 but then again it feels quite slow
thats probably because the offset is different?
either way its weird having the bpm set to 120.01...

I think I did okay with my BPM but I was instantly told it felt off beat. I used 130bpm with the timing starting on the first note. Thanks to whoever can help in advance!

Please check BPM/offset of this song. Seems to be a part toward 3:19:013 that makes it weird.
(attempting to map timing, hitsound, and then patterns).
Souind like a weird shift at 3:19.
