Everyone gather up as the parliament is back to announce the arrival of a new denizen. This person, or should I say animal, has been a popular member of OT! ever since they joined. This person often joins events, tournaments and even drama sometimes. His likable and goofy personality made him well liked among the community. It should go without mentioning that one of his most impressive talents is his ability to draw, which as a result landed many of his artwork in the OT! Museum. Though his activity level has drained a little lately, it would be crime to not include him as a denizen. Please give a quack round of applause for our newest denizen, Dementedduck!
