Do you have any more details about it? It's hard to find a skin only by using a screenshot. (unless someone exactly knows what that skin is)
Red Glass HD (V3.4) +hitsounds .osk but you have to set the line "HitCirclePrefix" from the skin.ini (under [Fonts] section) to "numbers/digitalsans/default" to have the hitcircle numbers.
