The requirements were way laxer back then, with only 500 posts and 2 months of activity, so for nobody to reach those requirements within that time could give you an idea.

Welcome back to the final entry in this trilogy! This denizen has been a long coming, and waiting any longer is a grave injustice. When he doesn't need to be b0nked, he leads second in command making OT great. Coming from the same hellspawn as another well regarded denizen, he recently took it upon himself to continue the work that has been long abandoned.
