This reminds me of an interesting story.
One day, back when I played regularly, I developed the habit of tapping on the a, s, ], and \ keys (the keys I use to play with) in sequence as if I'm doing stairs in osu!mania. Someone I knew came up to me and asked, "Hey, do you know of a rhythm game called osu?" I responded, "Yeah, I play osu!mania." Then he said, "Cool," and we never brought the subject back up.
