  1. The colours seem to be too agressive/bright. I would fade them a bit, so, players' eyes will feel more comfortable.

  1. You should add at least one spinner. As the beatmap gets ranked, there will be a lot of people with the same (perfect) score. In order to make scores vary a bit, you should add at least one spinner.
  2. 00:47:311 (3,5) - I'd say that (5) appears too soon after the previous hitobject and may confuse beginners a bit.Why not to use something like this?
    Note: 01:02:522 (1,3) - a very similar thing happens here.

    The diff is fine. You could make it a bit more readable/neat, but this is fine since you're quite new to mapping. :)

  2. 00:29:565 (2) - the slider changes its direction way too suddenly. It looks untidy and may confuse some players. Not the best idea for a Normal diff, if you ask me.
  3. 00:35:480 - the downbeat is unstressed. I would rather remove the repeat and place a circle with new combo here.

    Pretty nice in terms of rhythm and playability.

According to the other diffs' logic, this is supposed to be Nukedboom's Hanrya~ or Hanya~
  1. I would consider lowering AR a little bit since your current one seemws to be too high. 7 or 7,5 would work better, I believe.
  2. 00:17:734 (6,7,1) - the tail is too close and can be mistakenly hit + it looks quite untidy. You could easily use something like this.
  3. 00:29:776 (5) - it might be rather hard to read this slider. Why don't you try to use something like this instead?
  4. 00:53:015 (2,3,4,5) - as the diff is already hard enough, you probably should use a slider, instead of a mini-stream. THis will also fr better with the rest of the patterns in this diff.
  5. 00:56:607 (4) - as the jumpy pattern kicks in, you should plae a new combo here, so, players will be warned and get some extra HP to pass it easier.
  6. 01:05:480 (7,1) - the pattern is confusing as the second reptition is unpredictable and unreadable.Mind rearranging the pattern a bit?

    It needs some work on playability and looks rather messy in general. Try to get a few more mods or clean it up?

  3. 00:50:269 (5,6,1) - these jumps are exaggerated and feel out of place. There is a harder diff, and that is why you shouldn't go too insane with this diff. Reduce the DS, please.
    Note: 01:05:058 (1,2,1,2) - same here, also this appluies for a few more patterns.
  4. 01:27:452 (1) - according to the rules, every slider should have very celean and readable path. Try to make this one more readable, please. I would insist on fixing this slider.

    Might need some more work on spacing and perhaps, some cleaning up wouldn't hurt, either. Some patterns looks untidy, some are just quite hard to read. Just test the diff and see what can be improved!

    1. 00:06:959 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - the escalation of the jumps suddenly stops and the normal-spaced stream kicks in. Confusing for players and feels unpleasant ehile playing.At least I feel the map this way.
    2. 00:09:705 (8,9,1) - compressed stream changes into x4,5+ DS jump, suddenly totally breaking the balance of the map. Well, yeah, the song is glitchy/tricky, but this seems totally exaggerated to me.
    3. 00:10:973 (1,2,3,4) - those kick-sliders weren't bad, but I feel like the DS is exaggerated, though. Just make DS lower and it should be fine with this patterns.

      Based on these examples, you may get more opinions and work with the jumps in this diff.
      Hint: SV changes affect the jumps, too. So, when using jumps, watch out whether they are playable with current SV or not!
    That is pretty much it for now, I really feel like the diff needs some serious work with the jumps.
Overall, you could try to work on it on your own and make some improvements. Sorry, but I feel like you still have some space to improve and you should try to work more on it.

Hi, here for m4m! I'm not very experienced with mapping E/N/H yet and it's been ages since I've played them, so those mods probably won't be as great. I'll try still.

00:08:860 (3,4) - I don't really like the pause here; I know it's pretty clear in the music here, but there's other places in the music similar to it that are mapped, and I feel this disrupts the flow a bit. The other pauses in the map accent the music quite nicely, it's just this, 00:15:621 (3,4), and 01:09:705 (3,4) that I'm not really a fan of. Try making the slider into a reverse slider or something (obviously the notes will have to be repositioned a bit) and see if you like that maybe?
00:10:128 (1) - The increase in SV here makes the stream following it awkward to play following the slider, try moving it back a bit (http://puu.sh/bD5j7/1cfc4eb74c.png).
00:13:508 (1) - ^
00:16:255 (1) - ^Not exactly the same, but I'd move the note off the slider a bit here as well, I think it's just too close and feels awkward.

01:07:487 (2,3) - This spacing doesn't make much sense and is pretty hard to see.
01:09:283 (1,2,3,1,2,1) - The overlaps here are cool, but having the notes overlapping only makes it harder to read their timing, and when the spacing is so strange just for the sake of overlaps, it creates a situation that doesn't make a whole lot of sense unless you look at it slowly. Specifically, the spacing between these two pairs of notes could really stand to be increased: 01:09:705 (3,1) and 01:10:339 (2,1).

consider renaming collab to 'nyansane', unless you want to keep the naming pattern with nya being on the end. imo nyansane looks better than 'collab ___', pretty sure ranking criteria requires you to put the creator of the GDs in the map description anyways so people will still know it's a collab.

i saw your post on reddit and understand your situation here. honestly the fastest way to "do more work" is to remap the diff yourself. the structure of you current diff is already defined so modding wouldn't help much with it. and that's why your set still "needs more work" with 70+sp. i guess you already know you're having the problem with spacing and slow sliders in your map. why not remake it and apply the things you learnt from like...the log above?

  3. 00:49:001 (1) - Try flipping it vertically, and move it more to the top of the earlier note. It would result a better flow.

It feels that the difficulty spread isn't constant. The first part is easier, while the rest of the map is harder. It also feels really hard because of the kick-sliders.

  1. 00:30:832 (4) - remove this to put some break between the notes and because this one is kind of soft so it doesn't need to be hit with a hit circle in my opinion
  2. 00:34:212 (3,4,5) - instead of 3 hit circles a slider would be better because of the reasons in general about this difficulty and because it would give a bigger emphasis to the big beat at 00:35:480 (1) - http://puu.sh/d1aQs/0f82f71233.jpg

  • In general the difficulty looks nice, but my problem is that it's full of 1/1 and there are hardly any 2/1 breaks and this is an easy, and also too much 1/1 is boring so I think you could improve this a bit. my take on this is that this map is very, very, very repetitive. mapping this, there was no consistent way to add breaks without it feeling out of place.
  1. 00:30:832 (4) - remove this to put some break between the notes and because this one is kind of soft so it doesn't need to be hit with a hit circle in my opinion emphasizing the sdvx sound thing

About the sv changes, I want to keep them. I believe they add an extra dimension to the song so that it feels like it's rising and falling, like it does in the sdvx chart. I've changed the ones that I feel are unjustified, but I think that the one's I've left in enhance the song.

I just had to do something for you, you gave me so much insight into mapping in general that I need to somehow pay this off, even if it's something small. i disagree. i quite like it like this, as it's a mini-extra. i want players to feel like they're playing a cool map but keep the ds lower so it's still easier

Hello, you requested a mod from my modding que, so nyan~
Quick Foreword-The majority of my mod deal with slider endpoints not being in/being very close to the end of the slider, which is something that I see a lot of newer mappers do. The thing about sliders that do this is that they are very sloppy and I think go on for slightly longer than they have to. Regardless they cause me much OCD, as I do like perfect sliders. Something that I noticed in a lot of these sliders was that they were in a slider stream of the exact same slider shape and length (00:06:959 (1,2,3,4,5) - in Exnya~ for example), so a quick fix for that would be to just take the first slider in the stream, copy it onto the correct points on the timeline, and whoopee, you have a slider stream with all sliders the same length.

@mrturtle99 - applied some slider endpoint things for easy, mainly because if i'd reset some of them, it would be longer. however, know that it doesn't elongate the slider unless the timeline says so. a lot of mappers leave slider end points outside of the end of the slider, while still keeping a nice looking slider.

holy mother of fuck, this is still pending.

I really want to try to mod this, but every time I try, between the song, and the annoying hitsounding pattern that spams finishes, I just want to punch a baby. not even setting my volume to 5% remedies this.

I think you should redo the hitsounds, only use finishes for when you can clearly hear the cymbal crash in the music, for example, in easy 00:08:438 (1) you can clearly hear it here on the slider's head. instead of finishes for the rest where there is no cymbal crash, you can use soft whistle.

seriously try it, it might make this a little more bearable to listen to
