why don't you enable the letterbox during breaks since you have no video or SB? i think it'd look better during gameplay IMO.
put a bit of shading on the 2nd combo color. some people cant handle the bright white combo color as it might hurt their eyes.

the placements are good, the hitsounds are a problem for me. try to keep them consistent because i don't like to hear claps or whistles at a note that ruins the consistency. this is just my opinion on the hitsounds as i focus on consistency on the hitsounds the most.
