i highly suggest that you change the mp3's bitrate to 128 to reduce the filesize for this mapset.
the offset is correct, but it's at the wrong spot. it should be at 287 because that's where the guitar starts, but then again i think that's also wrong because it sounds a bit too early. it should range between 265-280. when i modded this map, i'm using an offset of 266. i'm not sure if this is 100% correct
The preview time should be at 54573. that's where the chorus is about to start.

00:02:551 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Make (2,4,6) curved sliders so that it'd flow smoother during gameplay.
00:05:408 (3) - move this under (2) and make it a curved slider to blanket the previous note.
00:27:694 (6) - why does the spacing decrease for this? I felt uncomfortable when reached this because the spacing suddenly decreases. follow the DS for this which is 1.60. i'd feel comfortable if you do so.
00:41:266 (3,4) - space out these notes a bit more to challenge players. it should be like this.
00:51:837 (7) - *nazi* go 1 grid down so that it'd stack on (2).
01:03:694 (4) - either move (9) or (4) somewhere else. with a BPM this high, the hitburst is still covering repeat slider and that's an unrankable issue here.
01:08:408 (5,6,7) - align this to (1,2,3). it'll flow a lot smoother and the shape would look even nicer during gameplay.
01:23:694 (5) - move this to x:84 y:256. it'll make a nice anti jump between these 2 notes. the DS should be evened out at 1.40 or close to that.
01:44:123 (4,5) - replace this for a 1/2 slider facing up. it'll continue the pattern from (1-4).
01:54:551 (4) - space this out to form a diamond. i don't like the overlap on (2) at all. it makes it look bad during gameplay.
01:59:980 (7) - for a smoother flow, make this slider look like (9).
02:15:694 (5) - face this going SW or southwest. if you don't know what i'm saying, look at a compass and that's where you should face your slider.
02:36:980 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - i see that it's a trapezoid, but this confuses me. it starts to a triangle to a trapezoid and that confuses me easily. do something like this and tell me what you think.
02:37:980 (1) - add a finish on the spinner. it'll act as the cymbals in the song.
03:13:551 (7) - align this to (5) so that it'd form a zig-zag pattern.
03:32:837 (5) - make this a NC. the lyrics change from here.
04:00:123 (3,4) - the finish should be at (4). not at (3). you can clearly hear the cymbals on (4).
04:04:123 (4) - keep the DS consistent. this throw me off or surprised me because the DS suddenly decreases. follow the DS for the combo which is 2.00. it'll be less confusing and it'll flow a lot smoother during gameplay.
04:04:837 (1,2) - make these sliders symmetrical. it'll look nicer during gameplay.
04:11:123 (3,4) - hmm make these curved sliders to flow smoother from (1,2).
04:36:408 (5,2) - if you want, space out these notes. the overlap make it look bad during gameplay.
05:03:441 - add a spinner to follow the long pause and end it at 05:06:339 to follow the piano in the song.
hmm there are several minor flaws, like the slight overlaps, but it's nothing big.

  2. 02:08:001 (8) - Make this a 1/4 slider that repeats twice (begin at the current position, end at 02:08:215)? It fits with the music very well. If you do this, I suggest to make sure the end of the slider is located at (304,192) and make sure 02:08:286 (1)'s beginning is stacked below that.

- Timing Points: You have an Incocnsistency between both difficulties on the second Uninherited Timing Point (Red Line), by 1ms. Because on Unbeatable the Red Line is Placed on Offset: 284.179 and in S.S is placed on Offset: 284.180. You have to fix that, to keep the consistency

[Unbeatable:]

• 00:04:144 (7): This Note flow bad where is it, also is very overlapped by Hitbursts that is not a good idea for a fluent map. Maybe a little jump can work better here, so try to move this Note to x:400 y:120
• 00:14:572 (3,4): A Stack here is not very benefit to the map, the previous section is really fast and this Stack can be sudden in some point, also it looks a bit random. Try to unstack this, please
• 00:15:001 (1): A Clap on the end of this Slider, fit properly with the Instrumental
• 00:16:715 (2): Since it is a beatmap aiming for the approval, is better if you risk more with the Rhythm. In this case I suggest you to break a bit the Symetry reducing this Slider by 1/2 and then add a Note on 00:17:001

• 04:12:858 (5,6): To follow the sequence as your previous patterns out of the Kiai, is better if you unstack (6) from the end of this Slider.
• 04:23:144 (T): This kiai should finish here (like S.S diff) because the kiai becomes very long and also if you finish here this kiai will be consistent with your previous one.
• 04:55:599 (4,5): Works better with the Vocal if you delete (4), then the Slider should start here instead. Then, this Slider have to finish on 04:56:110
• 05:00:883 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7): It is a very slow section this one, so long jumps doesn't fit here, try to use spacing less to 3.00x for a better flow as I said before

• 00:52:287 (1): You can move this Slider (and also the next (2) to keep the symetry) some grids left to avoid the overlap with the next one, it doesn't look very well in my opinion
• 01:30:287 (7): The Clap on this Note sounds preety loud, especially comparing with the clap on (1). Would be better if you reduce the volume on this Note
• 01:31:858 (x): In general you follow the Vocal, so here is a good place to add a Note
• 01:43:572 (3,1): A jump just for symetry... I don't know if it is a good idea, the music doesn't need that, especially because on sections where the music sounds like here, you don't have huge jumps. If I were you I'd rearrange this pattern a bit, but it is your decision
• 01:46:858 (2,3): Wait, here you should increase the Spacing between these Sliders, it flows much better and it is more consistent with the rest of the map. I thought something like move (3) to x:240 y:84

I love Ra's Hard Beatmap, it's honestly one of the best and most flowing beatmaps I've ever played. I am actually not a good osu! player when it comes to Insane difficulties which often have super fast notes, but this one, despite its speed, kept me flowing, and I beat it on second or third try, and did I feel awesome! I can't believe this hasn't been approved yet :O

Unrankable, problem, plausible problem. Yay good stuff.

Okay so apparently the song is 5:09 but you want all diffs? I'll give some overview, since I can't pass some and the rest are well-made.

[General]
My only suggestion is to cut the song to somewhere about 2-3 minutes, since otherwise it will tire and bore players (proven that I quit Easy halfway).
Also remove lead ins where you have the 15s break at the beginning.

[Easy]
Reduce stacking; Easy players are not that good with stacking. At least remove the stacking of something like 02:14:572 (2,1).

[Normal]
Don't use that many spinners; double spinners are somewhat hard for Normal players.

[Ra's Hard]
Should be no problem as far as I notice.

I can't pass them :(
