Fastest delivery ever.
09:21:352 - The offset for this timing section is really off, try 561380 for offset.
AR8.5 would work better, your map isn't too jumpy to deserve AR9, and you have some slow songs where AR9 doesn't fit too much.
00:07:886 (4) - This would play better as two circles, like in 00:07:343 (1,2), as the music isn't too different.
00:17:560 (2) - I'd suggest to end this in 00:18:213, as the beat is stronger there.
00:18:756 (6) - Also I'd suggest to remove this note so the 1/8 slider have more emphasis.
00:25:821 (4,5) - How about adding a 1/4 slider here with a repeat, I feel weird having the sound in 00:25:930 ignored as it's played by the same instrument.
00:29:734 (1,2,3) - Sometimes is not good mapping symmetry if you're not following the song nicely, try following the vocals here, the three sliders feel a bit random.
00:43:647 (1,1) - I'd suggest to have the two sliders of 1/2, the 3/4 doesn't compliment the song too nice as 00:44:734 (1) is passing over the vocals in 00:44:952.
00:47:126 (3,4) - Here too.
00:48:865 (1) - ^
00:54:082 (1,2) - ^
01:31:039 (5) - ^
01:39:300 (3,4) - ^
01:45:386 (3) - Remove this note and extend 01:44:952 (2), the 3/4 feel a bit weird there, where the 1/1 slider could cover nicely that sound you're following.
01:45:821 (1) - Do it a 1/2 slider, it's passing over vocals.
01:46:691 (3,4) - How about putting first the circle and then the slider, it'd make more sense for vocals, don't forget to fix hitsounds.
02:08:430 (4) - You could remove a repeat here and add a circle in 02:08:865, so you have only triples for this rhythm, which would be a nice touch for consistency, don't forget the NC if you do.
03:04:082 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - You could rotate this by 7° counterclockwise so this polygon is symmetrical to the horizontal axis.
03:07:560 (1) - If you do what I said above, probably you'd need to change this slider too.
03:09:734 (3,1) - Delete the circle and extend the slider there, it'd fit better with vocals imo. You'd need to make 03:11:473 (3) have not a 3/4 rhythm.
04:19:331 - A note would be nice here.
04:50:203 (3) - How about moving this 1/4 beat back? it'd fit nicely with vocals, not too needed tho.
04:52:233 (3) - ^
05:22:233 - You could use a rhythm like this if you want to follow vocals better.
05:29:339 (7,1) - It'd be nice if you keep your spacing here, I find it a bit weird.
05:37:374 (5,6) - It'd be nice if you could avoid this overlap.
06:11:846 (2) - A more symmetrical slider would look nicer here.

06:13:337 (6,1,2,3,4) - This feels a bit weird, as the music is quite intense but we have this kind of antijumps, try a jumpy pattern here? You could remove 06:13:243 (5) to get more freedom.
06:41:100 (2) - Sam10:14:741 (4,5) - e slider as the previous one.
07:09:982 (2) - This reverse arrow is being covered by the hitburst of 07:09:423 (7).
07:25:448 (4) - Use a 1/2 slider here, there's literally no sound in the blue tick there x.x
07:31:224 (4) - This feels a bit weird, how about doing it a 1/1 slider and then adding a note in 07:32:156 stacked to 07:32:342 (6)?
07:35:323 (4) - A single circle would be the correct here, as there's no 1/4 rhythm after that beat.
08:05:696 (4) - Either a 1/1 or 1/2 slider would work better here imo.
08:35:510 (2) - Try putting this note 1/2 beat forward, as this increasing sound ends there.
08:48:926 (3) - Use a 1/2 slider here.
08:59:733 (5,6) - You should add some finishes or something to emphasize these two notes more.
09:42:991 (2) - This slider looks a bit bad, maybe make it a bit less spiky, like this:
http://puu.sh/aNrAj.png09:49:507 (6) - Remove?
09:54:822 - 10:06:625 - Here you could create an interesting rhythm by following only the guitar, dunno what you think, it'd be nice imo (though it'd break a bit your hitsounding).
10:07:118 (5) - NC?
10:14:741 (4,5) - Maybe put first the 1/2 slider and then the 1/1 slider? it'd follow vocals better imo.
10:20:519 (2,5) - Remove?
10:28:265 - 10:34:166 - The rhythm here is mostly 3/4 here, like this, you could use different objects as you feel better tho.
10:36:380 (3) - Remove? it'd emphasize better the vocals.
11:30:078 (2) - Remove it and put a circle in 11:30:203, it'd follow better the song.
11:31:828 (6,7) - Remove (7) and extend the slider there.
11:35:453 (1) - 1/2 slider
11:35:953 (2,3) - Remove (3) and extend the slider there.
11:42:953 (3,4) - Use a 3/4 slider with a repeat instead?
11:42:953 (3,4) - 1/2 slider.
11:56:953 (5) - ^
12:12:453 (3,4) - Maybe remove (3) and extend the slider there.
12:44:703 (3,4) - 1/4 + 3/4 slider fits better here.
12:58:953 (5,6) - Maybe remove (6) and extend the slider there.
13:32:759 (4) - 1/2 slider?
13:41:230 (1,2) - Remove (2) and extend the slider there.
13:42:642 (4,1) - 1/2 slider, there are stronger beats there.
13:56:759 (4) - This slider isn't symmetryc, I fixed it for you

14:15:642 - Add a note here?
14:39:112 (3) - 1/2 slider
14:40:524 (7) - ^
15:22:347 (2) - This should be snapped in 1/3.
Well, I basically ranted about some extended (3/4) sliders and some weird rhythm, I see no more issues on it besides that.
Another timing check wouldn't hurt here, feel free to poke me back when you feel ready to move this forward. And I really apologize for being so late, but better late than never, right?
Good luck o/
