From what I see, you do emphasis for objects either by Aim direction change or Big spacing.
But then, sometimes this is not applied consistently, for example:
You're also doing kicksliders here but the spacing is quite small compared to the circle jumps like 00:36:332 (6,7,1). Considering that this is the Top diff, you definitely have more leeway to add big spacings and movement variation
You can make some tweaks to the emphasis so that these kicksliders have more impact.
00:58:904 (5) - I see that you're trying to focus on the vocal but, but you generally mapped snares actively in this map. Would make it active rhythm.
You did reverse slider on 'Expert' diff already so, this would be a nice increase in difficulty between the two diffs.
01:14:904 (5) - Would be so cool if you represent the "Now, Now" with the 3/4 slider. You put the keysound on the 'normal' slider here anyways. Can also do the same to this by then (02:05:189 (5,6,7).
These two are the only times this "Now, Now" appears. It'd add something special to the map.
00:33:189 (1,2) - Flow from (1) to (2) is pretty flat
00:42:904 (5) - Snare drum on sliderend feels underwhelming.
Would make it active rhythm since you generally mapped snares actively, and also because this is chorus section (peak intensity).
00:28:618 (1) - 00:29:189 (4) - 00:29:761 (1) - 00:33:761 (5) - etc.
These 1/1 sliders and 1/2 reverse being placed in the chorus feels a bit too passive and underwhelming. Ideally, since you generally mapped snares actively in this map, you should also make the snares in these chorus sections active.
You can try something like this: (This is 00:28:618 (1,2,3,4,5))

If you'd like to keep the rhythm as is, you should add some things to compliment them with the objects around them.
Right now, they're not really complimented by efforts on emphasis (no direction change, no spacing change.)
For example, 00:28:618 (1,2,3,4,5) - (The 1/2 reverse in this case)
The aim direction change is there, so that's nice. But, (1)->(4)->(5) have similar spacings. If we're leaving the snare on the 1/2 reverse sliderend, could at least space (2,3,4) or (5) away a bit to complement the passive rhythm. (Kinda like 00:33:761 (5,6) where the (6) is a bit far after the snare)
Another example, 00:29:761 (1,2,3,4) - (The 1/1 reverse in this case)
Flow from (1)->(2) is just one continuous line (no emphasis on (2) ) and the spacing is quite small. You can make the trajectory of (4) the opposite of (1) for emphasis, like this:
00:29:332 (2) - , 00:33:904 (2) - , etc. & 00:42:904 (3) - , 00:45:189 (5) - , etc.
Snare drum on sliderends feel underwhelming.
Snare drums are pretty strong sounds, so, ideally you want to make them active.
You could do these rhythms instead:
For 00:29:332 (2) - , 00:33:904 (2) - , etc.
and For 00:42:904 (3) - , 00:45:189 (5) - , etc.
00:26:332 (1,3) - you could just make these all 3/4 reverses. It's fine in a hard diff with a BPM this high and it follows the background drum better.
It'd also be much easier to follow for newer players.
Yes, I can see that the whole map focuses on vocals, but for the parts where they aren't present (Like in the timestamps I put above), it'd be better to highlight them, right?

For the part that you disagreed with -> I'm not saying that you should space away all objects from each other. It's more like, again, the grouping of different sounds.
As in,
01:15:652 (1,2) - this is gonna be one pattern
01:16:630 (1,2,3,1) - this is another pattern
01:17:282 (2,3,4) - and this is another pattern (NC should be placed on (2))
So it's like, you should separate these patterns with spacing and/or NC according to the different sounds that they are mapped on.
Separating them would allow you to add some spacing emphasis, highlighting different patterns, rather than having every patterns blending with each other.
