Activity on OT slowed down quite a bit these few months and OT is slowly dying. Ok "Dying" might be a bit of an exaggeration but neither the less, OT is no longer what it was a few months ago. I remember seeing a shitpost go past the 100 post mark within an hour but getting even past 50 post within a month now is challenging. Shit even FG which is subjectively much more active than OT was inactive except for necro and raffi's personal chat thread. There used to be fun threads and events but now it's just a total downgrade. A quarter of the threads are being used as Ashton's personal diary which I wouldn't consider as shitpost but it could be better, another quarter is used to force abraker to sing IWITW which I get it being a promise to the older members, it has gotten quite boring and repetitive. Even gen 8 who are supposedly the most active people on OT is either inactive or somewhat active. At this rate, gen 8 might die out before gen 9 even arrive and I certainly don't hope to see that. I know people have personal lives but I've seen quite a few gen 8 member with quite a lot of free time on their hand (cough cerno, uwu, warlord cough). A simple solution to this is to simply make more quality threads. Also maybe post more often but you do you. Honestly I just hope to see a few more new member join in and stuff since raffi who I believe to be the next denizen joined in a whole 8 months ago and while I seen a few more faces since then, I don't think there is anyone too promising.
