OT has been a bit boring lately so let’s spice it up with a debate.
The debate question will be - Should homework be banned?
This is how it will work -
This debate will be split into two groups : Affirmative and Negative.
Affirmative will support the idea of banning homework and Negative will be the opposite.
This is how the structure will work -
Day 1 : Affirmative will present their claims, evidence and reasoning.
Day 2 : Negative will present their claims, evidence and reasoning.
Day 3 : Negative will present their counter argument to anything Affirmative said on day 1.
Day 4 : Affirmative will present their counter argument to anything Negative said on day 2.
Day 5 : Free for all, both side can respond without restrictions.
(When presenting your counter argument on day 3 and 4, you’re not allowed to counter argue the opposition’s counter argument as that is for day 5.)

More rules
- You are only allowed to post when it’s your time to present and you can only post once, however you can edit it as many time as you ant before the day is over.
- When presenting something factual, you need to provide at least one source on the bottom.
- You need to presently formally and you are prohibited from using any curse words unless it’s a direct quote from a source.
- When responding to the opposition or strengthening your own teammates, you must quote what they said (Not the whole post but the individual parts)
- You are not allowed to edit post you made from previous days ago.
- On day 5, you are allowed to post any many time as you want.
- Refrain from insulting other people.
