01:55:315 (1,2,3,4) - For this whole section, use the vocals to decide whether to use circles or sliders. I would use sliders on notes the vocals emphasize. Also, don't be afraid to not map some of the 1/4ths because there are times I think a longer slider would fit better.
01:55:315 (1,2,3,4) - Try using spacing or rhythm to emphasize the snare drum throughout this section
02:06:951 (1,2,3,4) - Same for this section but with the cymbal on the big white tick

I didn't like this section too much, felt like it ignored song 00:54:101 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Because:
Guitar riff starts at 00:54:390 (1) - and lasts until 00:55:111 (6) - then you get vocals + different guitar note at 00:55:255 (1,2) -
You started patterning at 00:54:101 (1) - strong guitar sound and again at another similar guitar sound 00:55:255 (1) - which also make sense but i feel like guitar is the main instrument at this section and patterning should be based on that instead. So it would go something like double stack + 6 stream guitar then double stack + stream again, basically strong sound being seperated from guitar riff.

Not sure of rhythm followed here 02:42:769 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - it sounds overmapped because singer takes a break after 02:42:951 (3) - and there is some other instrument doing funky tune on background. Rhythm wise i would see something like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8753327 working better to follow whatever-funky-instrument + singer rather than just map a stream there.

There is silence mapped as stream here too 02:44:224 (2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) -
Maybe have a small pause again when singer takes one at 02:44:496 (5) - ?

Singer pronounces words more clearly at 02:44:769 (1) - and 02:45:133 (5) - which wasn't really reflected on map by either patterning or rhythm. Maybe change to sliders https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8753392 or tweak stream a bit?.

- From what I see in the mp3 it's from YouTube. Please note that YouTube does NOT host high quality audio, and this mp3 is UPSCALED. Not a problem, here's a fixed mp3. This will also solve the "Map exceeds 10mb without video" AIMod entry.

- Widescreen Support does not need to be checked unless you have a Storyboard.

- Timing seems weird to me at 01:52:224 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,1,2,1) - . Sound great when playing, but not metronome wise.

- Use 1/4 instead of 1/8. If you NEED to use 1/8 it's mostly because you misstimed your map. (BPM is 208 instead of 104 for example).

- Source should be "東方Project ~ Shoot the Bullet"

Overall, the map has really good slider design and ideas but you use too much SV during the non kiai time I pointed out ^ .The map gets boring and just hard to play consistently. Achieving an FC without missing sliderends is too hard. The base SV is also too high in my opinion, even though this is needed when mapping this style of extra difficulty.
The only thing to change about your map is the speed between the first and second kiai time. After a Kiai time, the speed should decrease significantly after a Kiai and increase progressively.

Overall, the map has really good slider design and ideas but you use too much SV during the non kiai time I pointed out ^ .The map gets boring and just hard to play consistently. Achieving an FC without missing sliderends is too hard. The base SV is also too high in my opinion, even though this is needed when mapping this style of extra difficulty.
The only thing to change about your map is the speed between the first and second kiai time. After a Kiai time, the speed should decrease significantly after a Kiai and increase progressively.

I kind of disagree with changing the SV during non kiai - I will; however, may change the SV for the non kiai from 1.2x to 1.1x but its not gonna be any slower than the base SV.

Consider it is a 6.2* recently made - I will not do anything to the SV just yet until more testplay/mods to have more feedback.

Not even them can play a map if it has these weird angles at such high speed. In short, it feels like the map is deliberately trying to break the players flow/combo on too many occasions and on such high speed, combine that with the fact that it feels like the majority is copy pasted and there's alot of work that can be done here :)

Don't think that I'm only here to bash this. It's certainly an impressive map and on the parts where the angles aren't weird, it does play amazingly well!

You do know that maps have actually been disqualified for this in the past right? With circles, it isn't as strict when it comes to sudden slow parts because it's easily readable. But slider velocity doesn't have an approach circle, so if you don't make it painfully obvious that a slider will have low velocity after a really really quick part of a song. Chances are 99% of people slider break on them and loose their combos.
The most famous case of this exact issue happened after the first ever 600+ PP score was set on a ranked map, and shortly thereafter the map was taken down from ranked by a QAT member because of low slider velocity slider breaks. And the score was lost... Thank god we have Cookiezi nowadays who get's 600PP on everything he touches am I right?

Instead of having a new combo every 4 - 5 notes you should start new combos to emphasize new sounds or different parts of a song, but that's just a tiny detail. The more important issue is that you should always aim to use the length in between objects to emphasize sound.

I never really pay attention to maps disqualifying for stuff like this tbh... If is that big of an issue - I can will change it... not now as this mean I have to use my brain to come up with a way to fix this....
Edit: I change 1 of the issues brought up - I will simply need suggestions how to fix the other issue as I much prefer to keep it the same velocity and the long slider

I must have miss that part in ur sentence but tbh there is a sound that justify it being a NC...

- Now I will change the distance just slightly only because compare to how it is right here 02:08:405 (1) - the sound is stronger and this makes since for the Distance and when I go back to here 01:57:315 (4,1) I see the sound is more mild - I have only realize this after this was brought back to my attention

Doing all these changes for this map that only affects it if it was going for rank, makes me wonder if I should just go for rank...

  1. 00:32:467 (4) - 00:37:082 (4) - I think this should be an NC, since this part is mapped with vocal, while the last 3 object before it is mapped to the instrument. (It also makes the NCing consistent.. except if you're looking for variety)
  2. 00:42:563 (6) - Hm? Missing NC..
  3. 00:49:053 (2,1) - 00:50:496 (8,1) - Inconsitency flow of movement... One of them is a 1/2, while the other is 1/4.
  4. 00:49:630 (2) - It'd be nice if you an give some emphasis to it .. This applies to the rest as well (00:52:948 (1,2) - 00:53:525 (1,2) - Like this one is empasized enough due to them being a standalone so you can recognize the sound it mapped to easily)
  5. 00:57:562 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - You're breaking the pattern too sudden from the usual 00:56:409 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - to 208 bpm stream (I know you're probably aiming to map the riff, but it just doesnt seems to capture the sound for me '~')

Apply this to the rest as well

If you want to make it so the spacing is gradually increasing but not too much, then make it so 04:41:874 (9,10,11,12) - is 0.6x distance, and then 04:42:238 (13,14,15,16) - 0.7x distance, since changing stream DS in the middle, 1 note at a time, usually result in a weird stream, unless you decided to make it an increasing DS stream from the beginning to the end of the stream. (Also dont forget to NC everytime, you change the DS of the stream, if you follow this mod) (Suggestion : 04:42:238 (13,14,15,16) - Give claps on all of them to emphasize that its the start of the kiai)
I probably missed something a bit. But, that's it. Some of the section is repeating, and mapped with the same concept. So you can just applied those mod to those part.

Overall, I'm sure you can polish the slider shape. Especially, on the 165 bpm part. But then, I cant really mapped a fast song, so who am I kidding? '~'

    I did what u suggestion - didn't add no NCs but probably will - I am not adding claps to all of those notes as I felt it is pointless

You ain't wrong about the polishing the slider shapes - This map is still fairly new and even I can still tell they need a bit more work even just for loved status -

00:31:025 (1,2) - Copy paste the first slider to make the second, there's no reason to make them different

00:37:948 (1,2) - ^

00:40:255 (1,2) - ^ There are more than just these, use Copy + Paste and Rotate in order to create these pairs of sliders. Doing so manually is unsightly. :roll:

00:33:909 (2,3) - large distance here to emphasize the snare on 3, but the rest of this section 00:31:601 (2,3) - and 00:36:217 (2,3) - for example, have lower spacing.

01:11:553 (1,2,3,1,2) - make them parallel

01:15:592 (2,3,4,5,6) - even out slider spacings and slider angles,

01:22:947 (3,4) - don't need such a large spacing

In terms of structuring and pattern design, take the case of 02:17:133 (1,2,2) -, while it's close, because it's manually made, it's not very pleasing. Rather if you use copy and paste + rotation by 120 degrees, you'll be able to create a perfect triangle, which is much more pleasing to the eye.

I'll stop here, Many of the things I covered with you in pm, and above are faults that are repeated throughout the map, so you should clean up patterning and structure throughout the map. However despite a lot of issues being present, the map's core concept is strong.

Althought being completely honest, the first 104 bpm red point is useless too since the section is covered by the 208 anyways (and with 208 you don't have uneven measure at 00:56:409 - ) If you want to have slower SV, you can just use green points instead of abusing red points
  3. 00:57:562 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - I don't think this is smooth curve, maybe fixerino? That being´said, while 00:58:139 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - are smooth curve, they aren't still completely creating the opening circle type stuff you look like you are trying to do here
  4. 00:59:292 (9) - NC the upbeats instead. Also preferably keep the combos at 8 (actually 7 here since one kickslider) since that's what you did with the first ones. So NC at 00:59:870 (7) - too. And then switch the current NC to the upbeat at 01:00:447 (15) - again. And so on, fix all of the section

So basically would be good idea to space 'em here somehow, maybe in similar fashion how you treat your 165 1/4 later in the map (02:33:860 (1,2) - what I mean)
  9. All those gibberish timing points before the 165 bpm at 01:55:297 - are unnecessary. Just add one 165 (or to be exact, 164,650) bpm one to 01:49:485 - and it lines up. Covers the music, and does it in a way that stuff actually emphasises the right places (see for example the drum at 01:52:224 - leading to the 1st white tick at the sliderhead of 01:52:404 (2) - and so on.
  10. 01:52:404 (2,2,2,1) - all these sliders have no sound on their tail, and I think it would be better to just map them as circles. Also, 01:54:971 (1,2,3,4,5) - aren't the correct rhythm. With the correct time this part is the last beat before the beginning of a new measure. And the rhythm is basically just 1/4 (although I'd say there's only triple worth of audible stuff, but I guess it could be possible to map smth like 2 circles + kickslider for some emphasis)

    I wasn't really abusing red point for SV change since I can easily have the same SV by doubling it (it was going faster now slower) just some people complain that the song need 208 timing points for 1/8 so I change it even if I did saw it as pointless - I got rid of all red timing points like this and everything is just 104

01:35:351 (6) - maybe you not gonna stack it? Because it's very uncomfortable to read, also you can follow it and circular flow. change it
01:35:638 (1,2,3) - all your streams are the same until bpm change, it's boring to play if there is no difference in them, +its kiai, maybe you could make a difference? I'll think of somethign but for now this part is staying the same

- When u emphasize points like 00:32:178 (3) - 00:34:486 (3) - I found them to be very inconsistent with the amount of spacing. for example 00:32:178 (3) - 00:36:794 (3) - both have a circle emphasizing the same sound but have diffrent spacing between both of them, 00:34:486 (3) - 00:39:101 (3) - slider instead of the circle here, but both have different distances between them. you can use a unique slider shape to differentiate sliders like 00:34:486 (3) - 00:39:101 (3) - which would emphasize that sound even further.00:41:409 (3) -, Also flow here kinda confuses me when compared to other places like 00:32:178 (3) - which the slider before it flows directly in to here. Probably just a flow mistake

Not sure about changing the slider shapes but I did fix that flow mistake though

First of all I wanna say, the ideas are cool and the map really have potential but a lot of parts feel a bit... emmm away from the song. Like not really following the main instruments of the song and having a very repetitive drum rhythm which is kinda sad since the song is really cool and have a lot of really cool stuff that isnt really represented by the map in a bunch of part.

Also the ''alternating style'' of the map have some part where the slider leniency make some slider not feel super great.
I'll try to point as much as I can to help x)

  1. 00:33:765 - Ok so here in the intro before starting the map you actually wait that the vocal start but you dont really map the vocal. I'd be cool to map places like this with a circle stacked on the next slider head or something similar.
  2. 00:36:073 - 00:35:063 (1) - 00:42:996 - 00:45:303 - ^
  3. 01:20:496 - Here this vocal is really strong maybe you could make a jump on it that would contrast with the current movement. Not mapping vocals like this in a part like this is making the part feel a bit plain and repetitive.
  4. 01:24:678 (3) - Here I'd recommend changing the repeat slider to have the vocal here 01:25:111 - mapped. Then you'd just need to put another circle here 01:25:255 - to catch the drum that was initially mapped to the slider repeat. The circle you'll put here 01:25:255 - could be stacked with the next one to not put too much emphasis on it since it was a slider end initially.
  5. 01:29:726 - Vocal to map here would prolly feel great mapped as a jump since its a really strong vocal too
  6. 01:34:919 - Here changin the repeat to map the vocal would be great but since its weak you might want to make it mapped similar to those 01:33:909 (3,4) -
  7. 01:40:253 (1) - From this point in this part, could prolly increase the SV just a little here to emphasize the fact that vocal start and make the spacing of the stream a little larger. Could maybe make changes in direction in the stream on vocals but maybe it would fuck up the streams too much tho.
  8. 01:44:869 (1) - Increase again with the increase of intensity of both the instruments and vocal.
  9. 01:47:176 (1) - And then from here prolly decrease as the vocals come back to normal.
  10. 01:55:315 (1,2,3,4) - Here's where the biggest problems of the map start. First of all those slider curvature are totally random lol. You could prolly copy past them when you want to make them similar and rotate then the way you want them. Also, with slider leniency, those spacing between slider feel a bit off. They kinda make the motion a lot of start and stop and its kinda annoying. And would be great if you could take in consideration the vocals in that part too in a way.
  11. 02:16:951 (3) - Up to here the whole map makes pretty much the same rhythm since the 165 bpm part started and it kinda feel like the vocals are completyl ignored through that whole part. Other than like the increased SV and the general spacing of the jump here 02:06:951 (1) - when the part have a bit of a more intense feel.
  12. 02:17:133 (1,1,2,1,2) - This is actually cool owo
  13. 02:18:587 (1) - SV should prolly be decreased a bit here since intensity kinda go back lower a bit maybe at 1.1 since its not quite the same as this 01:55:315 (1) -
  14. 02:42:769 (1,2,3) - This jump here is great to emphasize the vocal so why not reproduce that here 02:44:224 (2,3,4) -
  15. 02:48:587 (3) - It would be better to map those two vocal clickable and make those two circle 02:48:405 (1,2) - a slider to emphasize the vocals better

For 1 the sliders were copy paste at first and not random at all. The only reason that is not the case anymore is simply because I am constantly having to change stuff so it better for to polish the map when I pretty much have nothing left to change which I think is a legitimate reason not to do so now - also hard to really map to the vocals tbh - I really feel like the sliders already emphasize the vocals enough without flat out ignoring them

    It was intentional - I thought it be cool like that but I didn't really fully implemented into the map so it was half-assed - it going through a rework anyways so I am either going to have the slider heads close like that to where it make sense or would get rid of them completely

I disagree that it is random - it just that the type style I ended up using was messier than I attended for this song so it just feel that way - Ya should had look at this when it was first made lmao (it is getting polish the best I can so it will be more organised when it comes time to rank it)

Overall Topics
  1. For the sections of the song where the streams have very small spacing, I would suggest changing the distance spacing every so often according to the music as the music does change during these parts so it's not consistently going at the same intensity the entire time.
  2. In the main chorus parts with the super high SV and spacing, I am going to suggest you make sure you map very carefully as I saw some parts that looked messy like from 02:28:769 (1) to 02:23:769 (5) for example. Those parts look very unorganized and low effort so I would suggest you look at your sliders and make sure that they are placed and structured in the best way possible.
Oh gosh it's one of these types of maps. I'm just going to let you know that this kind of mapping is very easy to mess up on due to it's complexity in trying to not make the playing field seem too cluttered as well as being playable while accurately representing the music. Since I'm not a professional mapper, I don't think I'm qualified enough to make professional opinions about it, you're better off asking someone higher up to take a look. Given that, it also means that everything I have suggested is nothing more than that; a suggestion. Since it is entirely possible i messed up or something is perfectly fine and I'm just being an idiot so I am just going to ask you to take what you see with a grain of salt.

It is a cool map though and I hope you continue to try to push it for ranked and I'm so sorry if I messed up on something :(

  1. 00:53:236 - These kind of gaps feel weird to be left out since you mapped adjacent ones with about the same intensity like 00:51:794 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - . A slider would be good.
    Similar gaps that should be filled:
    01:44:775 - 01:47:082 - 01:49:390 - (for these you can add repeats to the previous sliders)

  2. 00:57:562 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I would've expected this to be a build-up to 00:58:717 - this section, so a stream feels overdone at this point. 1/4 repeatsliders would be an idea.

  10. The faster parts of the map are well-structured while the slower parts could be more polished. I believe the patterns could be more refined overall, but solid work for a newer mapper.

I am not updating yet since I am applying changes from post and want to make sure everything is just right(will edit this post when I am actually done) - I will also polish the slow part like ya said and look over all the patterns afterwards

This map improved a lot since I first saw it. I still don't like how heavily this abuses slider leniency though, and I still think that overall flow can be improved in the fast parts. This will probably require remapping some areas that suffer from this problem because, while mods can IMPROVE it, remapping will give the pattern a completely new baseline that can more easily be improved on from the previous pattern. Keep in mind, for alt maps like this you need to concede more to what feels comfortable to play (mainly in terms of spacing consistency + angles) due to the higher speeds of the music

My two cents on what to do next, if you were considering more mods (since you have a bit already xd)

The 2nd one all I done was just change the direction of the slider since too me it didn't had the same problem as the previous one you talk about
• 02:17:133 (1,2) - would look a lot neater if the second slider was just a ctrl+h and slight rotation of the first one. also, adjust the positions so the symmetry is more identifiable. (im assuming you were going for symmetry because of the curve directions and placements) Actually I wasn't going for symmetry - I wanted the Sliders to both has a slight difference - made same shape but not using the pic because I didn't like it muchexample

• 02:20:042 (1) - would suggest moving this more to the right. creates more smooth clockwise flow at 02:19:678 (3,4,5,1) - and makes it a lot easier to follow slider 5

• 02:28:042 (1,2,3,4) - feels like it goes from really low to high spacing here for no reason,
Adjusted (4) to be less spacing - Everything else is just like previous patterns during this time but arrange differently -

• 02:49:496 (3,4,1) - typically for patterns like this one would expect the object after 02:49:678 (4) - to be to the right of the slider, because of slidertail direction + the way 4 is placed after 3. because of the way you placed it behind the slider the player has to kinda loop their cursor to follow the slider semi-correctly and hit the next note. this is MOSTLY because of your choice to use fast sv, and one of the minor things that interferes with the map's flow

• 02:53:860 (3,4,1) - another big difference in spacing thats uncomfortable to play, mainly on the y axis I will attempt to change but I not quite sure about this...

• 03:08:769 (1,1) - space these? objects barely touching like this are annoying I didn't see no harm tbh but it wasn't intentional either so change

• 03:18:951 (1,2) - since you use a LOT of 1/2 sliders, using a stream or something else here to follow the guitar would give a nice change in rhythm. Also in this part: if youre going to use sliders then make curvatures similar for aesthetic reasons, as mentioned earlier in this mod 03:18:951 (1,3) -
I will consider but by hearing it- the sliders doesn't necessarily ignores the guitar and if it had I would had made it where it didn't

The problems ya talk about like this 02:49:496 (3,4,1) - It was mine intentions to be like that - I have a justify reason for it but I know that I can't sit back explain it since I am bad for that so I would like to hope this wouldn't mean I have to just get rid of it (I will find a way to explain it when I get the rights words to do that)
- I am not going to change those patterns just yet
- I am going to implement it in the map better and more so the player will get used to it instead since it not working as intended
- Going to go over mainly kiai sections and look over other section where I see how I can make it work
- I will get rid of if it is a problem if I can't solve it by doing what I just said since I ain't that hardheaded to change anything


- Besides above - I am fixing unintentional flow mistakes and adjust them/change later


I didn't reply to stream mod because that will just be me agreeing with you - I am going to make them more circular with slider thing - The streams is not going to be change yet as I wanted to make sure that if I do change them - I won't have to do any sorts of arranging during mods and will do it as one of the last things to be change when it comes time to actually get it rank

double post because I did all that while I was half sleep - All I said above I thought about how much work I am putting myself up for so here how it is:

-I got rid of majority of the flow problem like this 02:49:496 (3,4,1) - by rearranging the patterns - I didn't feel like I needed to remap all of them since all it took was some flipping and rotation but I did with some of them

- Fixing the flow of this map in general (at least trying - I will just get a couple mods to help out on this)

- tbh What I did with Slider to stream didn't made them circular and still more oval since I still like them like they already are and it was a waste of time since I concluded that I just don't like them like that and I kept making it the same way even while converting it - so yea no change but I will clean them up a bit so they at least look better

- I'm map more toward the drum in this song and while I do try to follow the guitar but 03:18:951 (1,2) changing this too a stream doesn't seem quite fitting to me and when I hear it sound overmap and it just doesn't work since this will be more confusing to the players since all the streams in the map is following the drum and just to suddenly make a stream for the guitar is just not gonna do - the 1/4 sliders isn't downright ignoring it and I am not changing them
(I am just explaining more of what I said)

- I am editing this post when I am done cleaning up the map

The kiai is the main problem with flow so I fixed it
I change it so while it seems a bit awkward now - its has a lot less of what u said about and flow better in general (it will be better later)
- I will adjusted other place like the guitar section at the end of this map and other than that - the major problems is mostly gone out of the picture as far as I see
I didn't polish the diff or fix everything yet like I wanted since that will take too long so I will just try to get mods again and fix them gradually each update I do

There should be more distance between these sliders.If you make them more distant, don't forget to do it here too 02:05:496 (1,2,3,4,5) -
  3. 02:09:860 (1,2) - the transition between these objects is really broken during this fast section. It will be technically very difficult to complete this slider 02:09:860 (1) - because 02:10:133 (2) - starts at its middle, concerning its placement. 02:10:133 (2) - must be moved downward to improve the playability fo this pattern.
  4. 02:23:496 (4,5) - there's no reason to increase the distance between them, compared to 02:23:133 (2,3) - , because they follow the same sound, and there's nothing more audible on 02:23:678 - to allow you to use a higher distance.

the spacing is inconsistent because it recently went through 5- 10 hours (not sure) polishing slidershape and changing up the flow on the whole map without thinking of spacing too much since I didn't realize it was an issue
- Anyways I wen't through the whole map and did a hotfix on all spacing so it should be consistent (sorta)
- Gonna remap this 02:09:860 (1,2) - since it may still be a problem Nvm - just had to move it a bit more instead

    In my opinion, sliders like 01:22:372 (2) - don't really belong in that section, due to it being much more calmer than the other parts. Maybe just a regular curved or straight slider would work better, which brings me to this:
    I feel you kind of place slider shapes randomly through out the map, and not only that. You also seem to use the exact same 3 shapes through out the map. I understand your intention might be for the fast sliders to be a highlight, but still, using only those sliders can get somewhat boring especially when certain spots feel like you should. This is just an opinion though, so don't feel forced at all to change this.

k lol a whole week... so much for doing it tomorrow..

Anyways I did kind of what I said:
I lower this section and other like this 02:18:587 - from 1.2x to 1x and the streams has reduce spacing
same here 02:30:224 - but 1.1x this time since it is faster
Other fast sections has lower SV but most is the same
I have made it more consistent with my usages of different slider and aware it may need more some work on that before it could get rank

Honestly I couldn't see too much wrong with it. The stuff I pointed out was mostly consistency stuff and applies throughout the whole map. I think some of your sliders especially towards the fast part could be made to mimic the ones toward the beginning if only for the sake of consistency.

04:36:784 (1) - doesn't this supposed to be a bit lower like this note 04:37:511 (1) - or you weren't going for a perfect circle stream ?

04:36:784 - This change in BPM is quite a surprise. Are you sure you don't want to highlight it somehow ?

05:03:693 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - this part feels kinda of after this extreme change in spacing from before. The distance gap between slider and stream should be a bit more.

04:36:784 - This change in BPM is quite a surprise. Are you sure you don't want to highlight it somehow ? Idk - I don't want to go the extremes so I think it is better as is

05:03:693 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - this part feels kinda of after this extreme change in spacing from before. The distance gap between slider and stream should be a bit more. adjusted this

00:51:361 (6,1) - probs would be better if you made 6 lead into 1 a bit better as well as making the transition from 00:51:505 (1,1) - smoother as well since ur going against slider flow
01:44:871 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - angle could be less sharp, since the first stream is at an angle and 4 -> 1 has straight line flow, having the purple stream be a sharp stream shape is kinda meh in play
01:56:224 (2) - could ctrl + j to make it flow better into the triplet
01:57:496 (1) - having 1 kinda like the picture below can help w/ the change in flow to 2
02:02:224 (3,4,5) - mm having just a straight line stream after 2 doesn't really flow well since 2's shape kinda calls for movement going toward the left but you're trying to go back right
tbh the section kinda just keeps repeating the same things, one thing I do recommend for alt maps is smaller spacing for triplets like you're doing, that way you have a lot more room to really work with and don't have to care as much about slider to triplet flows, rn a lot of your triplets are fairly linear which usually go against the flow of the 1/4 sliders you have (e.g. 02:10:405 (4,1,2,3) - and 02:13:315 (4,1,2,3) - or an extreme examples being 02:14:951 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - ) which end up having pretty snappy movements which doesn't really play too well in high bpm maps when alternating
you're not really creating a whole lot of variation either during the high bpm section which is kinda boring, since it's the same cycle over and over again of 1/4 sliders and then two triplets with the same sharp spacing concepts. try mixing in some of the vocals in the bg that really stand out, since you're really just going along with the bg rhythm over and over again with the same kind of rhythm and object usages, and try mixing up when you throw in triplets and when you're having sliders for more playing interest
02:52:042 (1,2,3,4,1) - the problem with having really high svs is that it can get really hard to control in parts kinda like this, the movement here is overall pretty linear while the transition to the stream starting at 02:52:587 (4,1) - has a very sharp, snapping motion to it, try to set up slider shapes so they assist in the flow you're trying to achieve, as well as trying to structure things before a pattern so it natural flows into something like a stream that you did here

flow and movement for alt maps kinda just comes with time tbh, i probably mapped like 10 different alt maps before kinda finding out what works, cuz really high bpms like this have different kinda "rules" that dictate the playability of the map

I disagree on this example - this was 1 of the times I did follow the guitar so I think it could have been a better example tbh

I even put a pause 03:21:405 - to emphasis that I was following the guitar

Did change it up slightly though since you point wasn't entirely wrong

I will look over all of them and make them flow better since this is quite minor to me and something I can at least attempt to fix
Ok overall I do agree with you - While I am still focusing on the bg music - I will change up the map where I focus more to the vocals and other sounds - As of now I have already change some section that is now following the vocals
and not just 1/4 sliders all over the place

- Overall flow is no problem - I had plenty of testplays with people who can play this map and none had a problem with it in it current state and mods from other experience modders including ex bns, ex qat, etc - had only mention about how about the that was way too uncomfortable in some patterns(which was change oh course) but I do see that I can make it flow better with your suggestions since it not a big deal to me

- I am not updating yet since too many things to change at once -

I am not expecting you to come back since it looks you don't like the map in it current state
but it would be cool if you pm me if you would like to look at it again if all of the changes above is fixed which I can do quickly.
(not rushing it though - just that these changes I am gonna do is not gonna cost me to rework the whole thing due the map's nature in general since it is fairly simple)

ehhh Idk about that but if you get a bn to actually look at it and be interest in it if I rework it then i'll happily revive it

other than that, this map was pretty much a negative experience that I didn't even enjoy much to the point I almost quit mapping working on it

Map going through a complete overhaul but at the same time I am not ranking it anymore so its be a long time before that comes
