Hello. I was selected in your NM queue, but I had some spare time so I gave this map a little bit of light modding. If you have any questions feel free to ask in game. Hope this helps.
[Easy]
00:11:226 (1) – Moving this to 212, 116 would make the pattern more linear which could look better
00:12:881 (3,4,1) – This could be blanketed better, especially by making the sliders here a little more curvy. There are more things that could be blanketed better in the map as well, so check over them yourself if you're picky
00:34:398 (1) – The reverse sliders after this emphasize the rhythm very strangely. Delete this, move 00:34:812 (2) – here, delete 00:37:295 (5) - , and add a reverse slider at 00:36:881 (8) - . Result:
http://puu.sh/l9MaN/a804c18815.jpg00:41:019 (1) - ^
00:39:364 (3,4) – Consider this rhythm
http://puu.sh/l9Mo4/24116c08e6.jpg00:50:950 (1,2,3) – This can be constructed better (by making 1 and 2 symmetric). Try starting the pattern like:
http://puu.sh/l9MAo/49834fba1a.jpg so that the 2 slider is both a horizontal image AND a 120 degree rotation. (placing 3 should then be easy). Then rotate all 3 sliders to the desired curvature.
01:19:088 (3,1) – These are a little awkward for two reasons. One is that they have different curvatures which to me looks odd. The other is that they are so close to being symmetrical, but it isn't, so it's odd. Make these either perfectly symmetrical, or rotate (1) more so that they don't look close to being symmetrical.
[Normal]
00:28:191 (2) – This feels different in the music than the music at 00:26:122 (3,4,5,1) - . Since 00:26:122 (3,4,5,1) – has a zig-zag flow, I think making 00:28:191 (2) – have a different (non-zig-zag) flow would help express this change in music. For example, moving it to 151, 162 (to make a nicer triangle) would be a nice flow, and then you would have to change the flow that comes after a little
00:39:364 (3,4,5,6) – Imo, this would be nicer if it was more curvy, i.e. move 00:39:777 (4,5) – to the right and bring 3 down to keep the distance.
[Insane]
00:33:157 (3,4,5,6) – This curve could be more consistent, like maybe:
http://puu.sh/kWeZL/bafe8bf895.jpg (the point being that the end of 3 and the head of 6 makes a line parallel to the line made by 4 and 5)
Subjective:
00:36:053 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) – So the song is being repetitive, but it also has a subtle change to it that makes me want to change this pattern up. At 00:35:847 (4) - , the vocal goes really up in pitch. This can give leeway into rotating/flipping the pattern so that it keeps the repetitive feeling while still changing it up enough to be expressive of this. So try doing Ctrl + J on these two combos for a pattern like: Edit: woops I must have forgotten to include the picture, sorry. Not exactly sure what I had, but a rough example might be something like:
http://puu.sh/laY6i/3a9d8549d1.jpg ,
http://puu.sh/laY8o/126d57c67d.jpg00:42:674 (1) – Similar to above ^, (ex:
http://puu.sh/l9KHC/402a8011a1.jpg ,
http://puu.sh/l9KJe/41efe98d7f.jpg)
00:45:467 (5,6) – That this is the only time you use an actual ¼ beat is kind of odd rhythmically. I think I'd prefer 5 being deleted.
01:15:777 (1,2,3) – The DS is a little too small for me, try 1.4x
01:22:398 (1,2,3) – Similar ^
01:18:674 (6,1) – The distance between these could be bigger.
01:26:122 (1) – The end of this is kind of a strong note. I'm fine with this being a slider and thus having 01:26:536 – be not clickable, but if someone suggests this, give them a fair consideration
Good luck!
