The person using that avatar pictuture is not role playing as it, so my judgement would not be as accurate, but it does not matter, really.
In videogames, skeletons are usually depicted as an enemy. But that's for medieval RPG games, does not apply to a skeleton wearing a hoodie.
I'd say this skeleton is just chilling in there, trying to live its life. I don't know how skeleton society works, but I assume they have jobs. This skeleton looks like a store clerk, so I'll assume it is a store clerk.
