The map and storyboard has lots of variety too, i bet it was lot of work~ (of course it was)

The song is also really groovy, nice choice, I think i like it that much i got to find more of his music~

I think the only diff you should make changes is "Hard", even if they're small ones.

Actually, I was going to mod this now so I could be of more help than when you had a lot of mods, but honestly, this is pretty good already.

What I'll say is this:
  1. The offset seems a bit late imo. I think that having it at 7290 works better.
  2. Maybe you could set another image as the background (for the preview on the download). A Grey image with a giant white stripe doesn't look so attractive xD
  3. The Combo Colour 1 (white) kinda confused me at some parts. The only thing I can think of - and normally, I wouldn't say this, but this is a rare case - is to make it even more white, so that the darkened background (the background turns a little more dark while playing) helps making it more distinguishable.
    Or I don't know, maybe it's just me xD

  1. I'm getting avg 5ms late for all maps but that shouldn't be enough to change the offset.
  2. MP3 is 256kbps but please don't re-encode it! The difference in de-coding 192kpbs mp3 and 256kbps mp3 is not even worth mentioning. That "rule" is completely stupid and anyone with less-than-average common sense should be able to google this sh**. (If your PC has trouble de-coding even a 320kbps mp3, it shouldn't even be possible to run .net based programs like osu! in the first place ;) )

    At times the approaching circles are completely lost in the "background noise". Having really high B/W contrasts (http://puu.sh/aDGC) AND movement makes it even worse.
I'll try and break down the facts as much as possible to help you but you'll have to decide on your own what to do here:
SPOILER
Background image 1 (shuffle) made of 3 "colours": Black, Grey (somewhat blueish), light Grey:
  1. Black RGB ~0,0,0 - HSB 0,0,0
  2. Grey (blueish) RGB ~140,140,155 - HSB 230,10,60
  3. light Grey RGB ~190,190,190 - HSB 0,0,75
The black channel value can be taken as a rough estimate of contrast. So 75/100 is pretty steep. Using a monochrome combo colour inside that range close to the "edges" (0 or 75) makes them VERY hard to see against that BG. On top of that the moving tiles kill the visibility of approaching circles completely.

Background image 2 (noise) made of the same 3 "colours" but the averages are interesting:
  1. Black HSB X,X,~5
  2. Grey HSB X,X,~30
  3. light Grey HSB X,X,~40
During this part the black channel value difference is <50 and therefore monochrome combo colours can be used far enough outside of this range.

Background image 3 (with the spinning blue sprite in the back):
Same difference as in BG image 1.

TL;DR:

Monochrome combo colours are too hard to see against high contrast monochrome BGs. Add a tiny bit of colour and overall visibility goes up. What colour is up to you.

Maybe try something like this:
Combo 1 (240,240,240) lower two of the values equally to add a colour - - - like (240,240-X,240-X) for red-ish
Combo 2 (48,48,48) raise one of the values to add a colour - - - like (48+X,48,48) for red-ish

I think it'll look best using the complementary colour to the light blue in colour (3) with the same 2 brightness levels of the monochromes you use now.

Why don't you use tickrate 2 as in [Hard]?
00:35:734 (1,2,3,4,5) - would be kind of cool to change the combo colour to the light blue (3) for these

Not really much to find here (as expected 8-) ). The combo colours and the one wrong timing are the only real issues I could find. Well done and more then well deserved star!

  1. First, something I think you kind of need to change is the note placed on 02:07:512 (3) - because all the diff follows a constant rhythm and, on the end, it takes a new rhythm, understandable at all, but the last note of the song ruins everything because goes to a place never seen before. When I played it, I hitted 50 on this note, and when my friend played it(he is a newbie) he hitted 50 too. I suggest you to:
    1. Remove the note...
    2. Add a 1/1 slider at 02:07:067...
    3. Silence the start of the slider...
    4. Add 50% of sound to the end with finish.
    It will solve the problem with the sudden rhythm, be symmetric, sound good and be very playable.
  2. Really good difficulty, not boring, very consistent. I just suggest you to improve your slidering skills.

    Overall grade: 9.3
Normal~

Nothing to point, it's pretty solid.
I really don't like all these overlaps, but the normal diff is all overlaped, then the only thing I can do is say it's ok.

Overall grade: 8.7

Hard~

  1. 01:03:289 (3,4,5) - This is stream is hidden by the notes that come after, I suggest you to stack them on the end of (3) to avoid this and still make the pattern be awesome like it already is.
  2. 01:24:178 (2,3) - Here I suggest you to make a triplet with the end of the previous slider and then make the first duplet of the song. The way it is now the makes it a bit sudden because the player isn't already used to play douplets. The notes are a bit sudden due to start of kiai time.

    This diff is really nice, but I think it's not good flowed. I know it's your mapping style buuut.

    Overall grade: 9.2

First, something I think you kind of need to change is the note placed on 02:07:512 (3) - because all the diff follows a constant rhythm and, on the end, it takes a new rhythm, understandable at all, but the last note of the song ruins everything because goes to a place never seen before. When I played it, I hitted 50 on this note, and when my friend played it(he is a newbie) he hitted 50 too. I suggest you to:
    1. Remove the note...
    2. Add a 1/1 slider at 02:07:067...
    3. Silence the start of the slider...
    4. Add 50% of sound to the end with finish.
    It will solve the problem with the sudden rhythm, be symmetric, sound good and be very playable. I did some other things here, I hope it's better. At least I like it more like this. ;u;
  2. Really good difficulty, not boring, very consistent. I just suggest you to improve your slidering skills. I personally love those long sliders<3

  1. 01:03:289 (3,4,5) - This is stream is hidden by the notes that come after, I suggest you to stack them on the end of (3) to avoid this and still make the pattern be awesome like it already is. But stacking makes them look so ugly. ;_; I changed the end a bit since you're not the first one to say about this combo, I hope it's ok.
  2. 01:24:178 (2,3) - Here I suggest you to make a triplet with the end of the previous slider and then make the first duplet of the song. The way it is now the makes it a bit sudden because the player isn't already used to play douplets. The notes are a bit sudden due to start of kiai time. Eeh, I don't think a triplet fits there. And this map's overall difficulty isn't that hard to begin with, I think the player needs to have even that much of a playing skill that they can recognize an upcoming douplet. OTL

    This diff is really nice, but I think it's not good flowed. I know it's your mapping style buuut. Well, I think it flows great, but it's impossible to please everyone. ;u; Thanks anyways.

The only thing that throws me off a little is the note here 00:24:956 (6) on Insane.
I didn't see it and only pressed it twice because of the pattern used and the rhythm of the song.
Remove it, perhaps? Just a suggestion.

we fixed in TR diff : one nc, hp-1, one direction of slider, because his reverse was almost hidden.

Other diffs are fine (cuz i modded 'em before too), soooo...
