Boring Intro
After a lot of modding practice it's time to start a modding queue. This is my first mod ever and this is how my 100th kudosu mod look like. In between this 8 months I've learned a lot of concepts and ideas and I'm still searching more and more knowlodge about mapping. All I've learned was achivied though my modding habits, mapping practice and a lot of help from other more experienced mappers. I'm still learning but I'll try to provide the best feedback I can. There's a lot of queues out there, each of them with their own rules and functionality. After sometime wondering if I should or not open one I decided to try it out in my own way:
This is a Normal Modding Queue
1)Regular normal mods (5 slots);
description
There's a lot of active mappers that are skilled enough to rank stuff without trying to go fully creative or gimmick. You could say that the biggest demand of modding comes from this. To request a NM in this queue you need to show that you've recently gave a normal mod in a map posted on #modreqs in the last 7 days before your request here. Notice, this will only count if you have modded it NM. Why? Because if you expect people to regular mod your map, you also should practice this habit of regular mod other people maps.
Example
Requirement: post the link of your normal mod from a map that requested mod in #modreqs in the past 7 days, I don't accept m4m by logic.
2)BN Normal Mod(2 slots);
description
If you're a BN and need modding I'll try my best to help you out. The preference order is for BNs who actually give BN modding on the basis of NM and specially those who mod maps that request BN mods in the #modreqs. If you're a BN who only do m4m in your BN activity I'll probably refure because you don't need my help to mod your maps.
It's hard to quantify a BN activity. But here's how I'll make the criteria for choosing the maps I'll mod:
Example
It's hard to quantify a BN activity. But here's how I'll make the criteria for choosing the maps I'll mod:
- BN's who modded a map from #modreqs in the last 7 days
- BN's who recently bubbled a mapset of a person who don't have any ranked maps
- Amount of bubble activity in the last month is at least 3 mapsets.
3)QATs Normal Mod(1 slot);
description
These guys are fully skilled and modding such maps requires a lot of attention that's why I'll only open 1 slot. With that being said, I'll aply here the same rule of the regular NM. To request a mod here, you'll need to show me that you've recently modded a map from #modreqs, however the time rule will be extended to the previous 15 days. Also, remember that it can’t be a M4M.
Requirement: post the link of your normal mod from a map that requested mod in #modreqs in the past 15 days
4)GMTs Normal Mod (2 slots);
description
The community handlers. This guys do a lot for the community and some of them have a hard time to get modes in their maps. This guys are exception to the rule of normal mods. Even if you're not active in modding anymore, if you're an active GMT I'll help you out by testplaying or modding your map. A reminder, if you're a GMT but also a BN, the rule will be the BN.
Requirement: being an active GMT
5)Old Mapper Normal Mod (1 slot);
description
If you're a mapper that use old structures ideas and wants to get feedback without people pointing that you're map is unrankable, ugly etc. I have a place for you here as well. Here I'll consider the map posted not the name of the mapper. I'll try to give feedback in two main ways; my regular mod and also point how it conflicts with the current ranking common guidelines. Never did this one before, so don't expect much if you request this slot.
Example
Requirement: none
6)-Deep Modding/Big Marathon (1 slot);
description
I want to combine in this modding all aspects I've learned to give you a big feedback in many aspects. I've never done this before but it's about time I try to do one of those. I'll take sometime to do such mod so make sure that if you request this I expect that you won't be changing your map a lot everyday. Once I accept this, I'll try to finish it in a week or two. This will be a personal choice because to give such mod I need to either like or hate the map.
Requirement: as mentioned in the description "changing your map a lot everyday"
7)-New mappers mods(3 slots);
description
There's a practice in modding that means quick check mods. This means that some modders do modding on the basis of pointing just 4-5 aspects of the mapset to both give quick feedback and boost the priority of the map. I'm not really confortable with this idea but it actually might help in a few cases, specially if we're talking about new mappers. With that idea, if you're a new mapper, who just started and want general advices though what you want to improve more in your maps, testplaying and overall feedback about what you're doing; this is the place for you.
Example 1
Example 2
Requirement: having 0 ranked maps and little experience in mapping, you don't need to post a mod made by you here. If you want regular mod read the description of this again and check examples to see how I usually do this category mods.

Additional Info
More text
- The main idea of this queue is to help #modreqs work more.
- I have a few links so you can check how my usual mods from each category usually look like you just have to click in the example names in the description box.
- I'll keep my modding habit of doing mods on #modreqs. That's where I've started and that's my natural habitat. So make sure to use that channel, I might show up in your thread.
- My musical taste is pretty eclectic, so don't worry about it. The limit of drain however of NM is 30 minutes. A spread of 6 difficulties each of them with 4:59 minutes is the way I've thought about this rule. The only exeception is the Big Marathon slot.
- Sometimes I mod more some diffs if compared to others, don't worry about it.
- I'm trying to avoid IRC modding but in the case of new mappers I might do it, just make sure I'm not playing/mapping or modding anything.
- About mutual friends and mappers I respect and owe mods for their help, check my profile
- All my mods will be in english so most people can understand what's going on.
- I can testplay most stream maps and give you a player feedback about them. Feel free to ask me in-game that.
- I can't see a good reason to have placeholding, so no placeholding here.
- You can post things that are not queue related but keep them one post at a page.
