With 8/11 confirmed, we start the PARTYYYYYYYYYY

'Twas early in the morning when the party guests arrived
And each was wearing a mask most artfully contrived
Once inside they looked around and noticed with a smile
The way the hall had been designed, with marvelous style

No sooner had they entered than a rumour filled the air
And stopped the conversation as the news spread everywhere
The host had made a banquet! It was huge, immense in size
And one by one the guests were drawn within to feast their eyes

There upon the table was the banquet the host had made
With dates, chocolate cakes, and a jug of lemonade
There was a wonderous spread of the most fine Italian bread
And a large, divine centerpiece, to keep the guests well-fed

But if any had hoped to feast there and then
They found out their host had plans for what they'd eat and when
For the host told them firmly not a crumb would they devour
Until the time he had set: The Eleventh Hour!

The day began with games, from musical chairs to sack-races
Board games and card games, to painting others' faces
A shot of billiards, then bingo, after that hide-and-seek
And a long round of tug-of-war for neither side grew weary nor weak

Finally one side slipped and lost, but they cared not in the least
For the hour had come: it was time for the feast!
They raced up the stairs, turned the corner at the wall
And past the decorations leading to the banquet hall

And there they stopped in silence, and stood in disbelief
For the food was all gone, aghast they cried "A thief!"

The cakes had turned to scattered crumbs, no cream was to be seen
And nothing now remained where once the chocolate mousse had been
The centerpiece had toppled, not a strawberry was left
"But who", they cried, "could've managed such a theft?"

The time is 11 o'clock

I thought the flavor post was interesting. And there are hints all over this is a twist on a mafia game rather than a vanilla one, considering what randomly appeared in my pocket.
