Add ending to tags? and move TV Size from tags to the song title instead?
I think the source is Kill la Kill and why not to romanised the title to Shinsekai Koukyougaku instead?
The romanised artist is should be Sayonara Ponytail, based on their PV http://puu.sh/7zxhM.jpg so I think It's their official name

Added Ending to tag. and fixed capital to small letter. but i don't want to fix title. it's tv size song, but TV Size is not included in Title. and because of Rule. http://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/Ranking_Criteria Metadata 4th sentence.
Do not alter the song's title. This includes adding any marker to describe the cut of the song such as "Short Ver.", "TV Size" and so forth unless those markers are part of the official song title as listed by a reputable source.

00:46:342 - を終点にした場合、通常9打となるスライダーがバグ(仕様)で8打になるので1/16で伸ばしてます(;_;)

00:11:342 (2) - Well, nothing really wrong with this slider, but I just point its shape out, it looks a bit too curvy and compressed, would be better if you make the curve smoother and cleaner
00:16:342 (2) - Actually, would be better if you split this slider into two different ones, since the sound in 00:17:175 - really reminds to a new slider. The best solution would be a 1/1 + 2/1 sliders instead of a single slider (Anyway, the 00:14:675 (1,2) - pattern doesn't look so great, why these straight long sliders? You should use curved as you mostly did in the entire difficulty)
00:30:509 (1,2) - The second slider isn't really followed by music and looks added there just to fill the break between 00:30:509 (1,3) - . The best idea would be to start a 2/1 slider with repeat from 00:31:342 - (00:30:509 (1) - will be shortened to 1/1), since vocals are really strong there and would fit more in a slider's head than in a tail
00:41:342 (2,3) - The blanket here could be better ;w;
00:47:592 - / 00:48:425 - Personal opinion: I highly suggest to add notes here, new players will catch the rhtyhm immediately and will be great to play!

Please, consider changing current AR to 8. This is just 144bpm and AR9 doesn't even flow properly, don't get easily distracted by the fact that higher AR usually flows better (personally, anything below 180bpm and without a specific mapping style, should have AR<9, unless it's really intended and the song is full of 1/4 notes, like http://osu.ppy.sh/b/183460). I believe AR8 would improve the whole map, even if it's already on a high-level. You can surely keep OD8 for a nice challenge.

00:06:550 (1,2,3) - I would follow the 1/4 rhythm, more intuitive than the 1/6 one. However, it's your choice and this also plays fine, I am just suggesting!
00:49:467 (2) - This slider would look better if you move the white points closer to the middle of the slider, just look a bit awful now..
01:11:342 (1,2,3,4) - Honestly, there's no need to make such big jumps since the music doesn't suggest anything strong enough to fill these sliders jumps. Making something a bit harder than what you or Karia did in your respective Hards would be nicer
01:18:634 (5,6) - Uh.. they really look awkward to me, it just may be my perspective of aesthetic or something else, but I'd stack them on the next slider (I'm referring to 01:20:300 (4,5) - and 01:21:342 (3,4) - as well)
01:25:300 (6) - You should try to make the last slider flow like the previous stream. Here's my try, I think it just plays and looks better than the current one:

Please, consider changing current AR to 8. This is just 144bpm and AR9 doesn't even flow properly, don't get easily distracted by the fact that higher AR usually flows better (personally, anything below 180bpm and without a specific mapping style, should have AR<9, unless it's really intended and the song is full of 1/4 notes, like http://osu.ppy.sh/b/183460). I believe AR8 would improve the whole map, even if it's already on a high-level. You can surely keep OD8 for a nice challenge.
00:06:550 (1,2,3) - I would follow the 1/4 rhythm, more intuitive than the 1/6 one. However, it's your choice and this also plays fine, I am just suggesting!
00:49:467 (2) - This slider would look better if you move the white points closer to the middle of the slider, just look a bit awful now..
01:11:342 (1,2,3,4) - Honestly, there's no need to make such big jumps since the music doesn't suggest anything strong enough to fill these sliders jumps. Making something a bit harder than what you or Karia did in your respective Hards would be nicer
01:18:634 (5,6) - Uh.. they really look awkward to me, it just may be my perspective of aesthetic or something else, but I'd stack them on the next slider (I'm referring to 01:20:300 (4,5) - and 01:21:342 (3,4) - as well)
01:25:300 (6) - You should try to make the last slider flow like the previous stream. Here's my try, I think it just plays and looks better than the current one:

umm others are fine... but one thing is that you use to many 1/4 rhythm , like what you did in insane. If you reduce the useage of 1/4 I think the difficulty spread will be better, such as 00:10:404 (5,6) - 00:15:821 (5) - 00:21:238 (3) - 00:23:738 (5) - 00:27:488 (2) - they are all not really correspond to the music. Ummm this is just a suggestion anyway and the reason I put this is because some BAT really care these issues

umm others are fine... but one thing is that you use to many 1/4 rhythm , like what you did in insane. If you reduce the useage of 1/4 I think the difficulty spread will be better, such as 00:10:404 (5,6) - 00:15:821 (5) - 00:21:238 (3) - 00:23:738 (5) - 00:27:488 (2) - they are all not really correspond to the music. Ummm this is just a suggestion anyway and the reason I put this is because some BAT really care these issues

The flow here is really awkward, because you're either tricked to thinking that 00:51:029 (4) - is actually 3, or that it's 1/2 beat away from 00:50:925 (3) - I couldn't figure out the rhythm here eat all. Couldn't you just go for something more simple like this?

Oh, and it's because of this part:
00:50:925 (3,4,5) - ~~Inconsistent spacing here~~ Nope it's the flow. The flow here is really awkward, because you're either tricked to thinking that 00:51:029 (4) - is actually 3, or that it's 1/2 beat away from 00:50:925 (3) - I couldn't figure out the rhythm here eat all. Couldn't you just go for something more simple like this?
