pen/pencil and paper
depends on the situation, but I find myself going for pencil/pen the most
Laptop isn't allowed so pen + paper.
I often need to draw on my notes so pen and paper. Bringing pen tablet to class is pain in the ass also

It depends, if it's something useful for me, I write it down on the computer. If it's about school, I basically don't take any notes or pay attention in class. Then, before the exam, I read the textbook.
