Mouse grip without thumb

My thumb is temporarily unable to function as a result of careless handling of the knife, but I want to play...

Are there any grips that don't involve your thumb? I would be very grateful if you recommend any

i mean i also used to hold a fork with my index and pinky so i'd assume it would work for pens
