I know that everyone probably asks this at the first sign of pain, but I'm going to ask anyway.
So, I "click" with my left index and ring finger and single tap for jumps and weird parts and alternate for the rest. The outside of the first joint from the arm on my thumb hurts when I press on it or bend it in a perpendicular motion to the top of the thumb. I don't really notice any tenseness in my thumb while playing but it could be because I am focused. I have already resigned to the fact that I shouldn't play for a week or so, but I'm worried that this will instantly come back right after my break. Should I change my hand posture or like tape my thumb or something lol. At this point I'm just writing what I'm thinking and wanted to hear opinions.
(Btw this is the first time I have felt a semi sharp pain that feels like it could be early onset rsi, carpal tunnel etc.)
