I don't see any problems with the timing.
The offset might be slightly off, but I am not an expert once it is so close. You should be fine with it for now.

I guess what you mean by raw template is that the beats are not placed correctly yet and the sliders are not added yet.

The only large problems that I have with your map so far is the lack of new combos in some parts. For example: 01:28:53 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21) could have a new combo at 01:29:60 (6), 01:30:46 (10), and 01:34:10 (24) (This last note is placed strangely in the timeline).

The beginning of the song seems to have some of the beats placed already. I am a little afraid about your random jumps because you seem to have many jumps that come randomly inbetween combos. I don't think this is the best way to execute jumps, but this is your song.

i think u have very inconsistance spacing in some parts. when u place a note, check the timeline to see the distance in time. to make it more playable, cuz in some part turns very confusing.
like for example
01:18:892 (11,12) shouldnt be so close together.

also cut those long combos, maximum 10 imo.. there u have a 26 and 54 notes combo O.O that s too much!

01:02:178 (1,2,3,4,5) this kind of stacks for a normal, is too hard.

02:45:678 this entire combo stack, guess is too confusing

*I recommend turning the difficulty/drain up. The notes fade in too slow atm and it get's clustered and confusing.
*Turn hit sounds down.

00:13:15 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Please re-distance this whole section. Spread them out so it's not so confusing.
00:16:20 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - ^ Same thing, except some are spread out too far (3,4,5). Keep time-distance the same.
00:20:92 (8,9,10,11,12,13,14) - I recommend making these a straight line. You can barely see how many notes there are how it currently is.
00:54:35 (5,6,7,8) - Gap between 6 and 7. Fix it.
00:57:56 (5,6,7) - Fix spacing.

I stopped here. The whole song needs re-distancing. It gave me a headache while trying to mod because everything is so cluttered and messy. :/

Wow, long post is long, sorry :o This is almost 5 minutes long, which is a bit long by mapping standards, plus you have a max score of about 16mil, which is a bit large (Read ranking post here). You might want to think about cutting part of the song off, because 5 minutes is very tiring to play xD unless you have a good reason to map the entire song. I like the map, I'll star it I guess ;) But PLEASE fix this stuff first.

A lot better than last time.

Insane (this can't be ranked with a score easily over 10 mil and a low difficulty, might want to cut the song off at a point):
*turn on distance snap, the spacing feels very inconstant at many sections.

I won't go to indepth for now, but here are some problems that you might want to consider when remapping parts.

I would advise you put breaks in the sections with no notes like 00:31:20() and 00:34:74() - because those just drain your guage. Still, you might want to lower the drain one notch to make the song more forgiving, but that is all you need for drain.

00:41:06 (6) - make a vertical reflection of 5
00:41:49 (7) - make a horizontal reflection of 6
00:41:92 (8) - make a vertical reflection of 7 or make a horizontal reflection of 5 (same thing either way)

Also I would not recommend switching between mapping lyrics and instruments. Ex: 01:33:35 (1,2,3,4,5) and 01:35:49 (1,2,3,4)

Fix those problems throughout the map, and I think this would be good to go.

01:26:70 (2) - Hm...do you really need that 1/3 rhythm here?

I see a lot of rhythm issues with the use of 1/3s on sliders and such. Hopefully you can fix it.

You need to get some more hitsounds. Then again, this is a WIP so I expect them to be coming soon.

I think some breaks might need to be added or the song should get shortened. It's quite long...If it's over 10million points, we might be in trouble.

Insane:
00:24:56 (9) - put on top of 6
00:35:92 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - might want to make both of these have the exact same arrangement
00:41:49 (7) - make horizontal reflection of 6

also, that drain is evil. it is near impossible to charge it up if you miss one. lower it by 1 notch, maybe 2

Insane (I know it is still a WIP):
It looks like you are on the right direction for jumps. The jumps are definitely difficult. The problem I have in this area is the beats are too small for me to see where the jumps are going.
Also, I do not advise a 2x bpm section. Currently, your slider speed is very slow to begin with. Truthfully, the 2x bpm does not make the song any harder. I would probably stick with the jumps, and if you want an increase slider speed, change the slider velocity of the whole song.

Yes, that was my first beatmap, i workin' over it almost 1 mouth, and I've read that info 'bout editor.
Well, how can I fix map mitakes if you're not posted them here... Strange position.

General Info:
Normal, Jumping style based on LYRICS generally.
Hardstyle & Tieff's Beat based on Music (most) and Lyrics (less).
In nearest future I'll recheck all that diff's and I hope somebody wiil help me with that.
