He literally can't, the closest you can get to that is discussing their decisions to try and get them to reconsider, which is the point of the report thread.

He literally can't, current gov (including gmt) accepted the rules of current elections that prevent them from being candidate before the elections started. Then after the start of elections they backtracked and forced a gmt candidate, going against the rules they previously accepted.
Even if they discuss with gov and agree to something they can later unilaterally say "actually no" and there's nothing you can do about it because in the end they have the real power.
If they decide to reduce the power the government has or delete the government completely they can.
