So I have been playing for a little while now and have finally started reaching a point where the bpm in songs is starting to really affect my ability to continue improving. I have gotten a rapid trigger keyboard and any other hardware that could improve my speed, which helped for a while but I'm still having difficulty playing songs above 200 bpm. The only other thing I can think of changing to improve is the way I click in general which involves my fingers going over the keys and pressing them with the middle of my fingers right at the joint. While I seem to get better accuracy playing this way I don't see anyone else play this way and wonder if this playstyle may be holding me back. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

i tap w/ middle finger on high bpm because i tap faster w/ middle finger because i play taiko with middle finger on katsu which is my tapping hand for standard and if you really think about it i'm also flipping peppy off by basically saying "fuck your high bpm maps i play taiko" and singletap 240 lightwork no reaction ggwp ez no re
