Back then, when I tried to reply a forum thread - especially when someone needs help - I tend to add a step by adding the bookmark with notifications to track any replies left in that thread.
And obviously not going to accumulate my notifs hehehehehe-

And now my request has been answered!

Wait, I got a notification for this post. Do I receive notification on any thread I've already posted? Why didn't this happen with other threads today? Or as soon as someone responds to me, the thread is marked as notification turned on forever, no matter if later posts mention me or not?

Edit: I did some tests, and discovered that it is possible to activate your own notifications by writing your own name, even within [img], although I've tried other things together and not just this separately, so I'm not sure. I think this is bad news for those who have a name that is the same as a word in English, especially those most used.

Edit: if you are one of the top 100 players and are receiving a notification for this since I put your name inside [img], and then edited to remove it, this shows a property about post editing, hello top player! :)

Oh, now I understand. I thought it had to do with having your name mentioned in the thread, I didn't do any tests by writing something random in a thread to see if notifications are activated or not.

I thought it was about the forum letting you know if someone mentioned you in a thread. ;-;

I am disappointed with my poor text interpretation now... :(

I will never forget that I got something SO wrong. Today was the second time this week, the first one was irl.
