My family's business did. It was so obvious the customers were suing because of their astronomically gross negligence that nobody from the business bothered to show up in court. They let some 3rd party representative handle it. To nobody's surprise the customers lost the case.

No but I've been threatened by a company that pretends I owe them money.
Considering they've already lost several cases of people suing them for scam and harassment I'm not really bothered.
