A Tier: Still good team, can kill of some members in the higher tiers, but chance of winning is slim compared to the top

District 12: There's no telling on what the new guys are cooking up, might be something dangerous, who knows...



District 4: Much older compared to 12 so has more experience again, maybe the en passant can pull off a few moves...

B Tier: Most of these guys sadly lost a teammate early on, while still a threat, winning with a member missing makes it harder...

but who knows... they could pull of the miracle run...
