This ain't no Easy :<. I think you should just name it a Normal. Some of the parts are a bit tough. 180BPM is fast too.
00:11:748 (1,2,3,4) - Even if this is a Normal, noobs won't be able to get the timing here. Instead, do this:

01:12:415 (1,2,3,4) - Might be too far.
01:27:748 (8,9,10,11,12,13) - Really tricky. You should make these sliders.
This diff has a lot of tricky jumps and streams... so maybe you should use large hit circles.

This is very important.
It's noted to NOT put kiai flashes as they can be distracting and they're unrankable on taiko diffs. So all of the kiai parts that flash and stuff, remove those. In Taiko no tatsujin games, kiai equivalent is go go time. You're only allowed 3 of them.

As for everything else, I only found a couple things.

00:10:414 - D? :D
00:34:414 (1) - ^
01:06:081 (1,1,2,3) - move the second 1 and 2 over to the left to connect with 1 so that its a stream
01:06:414 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Make these all finishes?
01:16:997 - remove this?

- You are reminded that changing BPM to change SV is prohibited in both solo AND taiko.
- As backfire said the flashing kiai is NOT recommended.

00:21:414 - I suggest to put the last note before slider.
01:00:747 - the vocal is going down so kdkdd would be better.
01:39:080 - same as 0:21.

The rest would be fine for me, would hv been nice if the above things are fixed.

For me, I accept kiai flashes if they do not cause distractions in gameplay.
( Not in this case though, so I oppose them in this map. )

But from what I know, there's actually no ranking criteria for Taiko diffs.
So we can't say flashes are unrankable, but only discouraged...?

Also, for the limit of 3 kiai parts, I disagree with this.
Because most of the songs included in authentic Taiko are less than 3 mins, while many Taiko diffs in Osu have 3 mins +.
Longer songs usually have more kiai times.
Using this stricter limit may suit well in authentic Taiko, but not Osu Taiko.

The two "1/6 + sliders + kiai flashes" parts make players miss easily. I suggest removing all 1/6 and flashes except the last one.

Also, please leave at least a 1/4 gap between streams and sliders, or players may hit nothing in the sliders due to a system bug.

- There's too big of a difficulty gap between Beginner and Hyper. You need a Normal diff.

Beginner:

00:33:748 (4) - Best not to use kick sliders with more than one repeat in an Easy, unless there's nothing aftewards.
01:26:415 (1,1) - Not enough spin recover time

I modded this 11 Months ago. Now I'm back and I'll actually do a real mod.

Overall:
Your claps! Put them on 2 and 4 :D

This red timing section is different then the other diffs~
You have a lot of unsnapped notes! ;~;. Snap them >3<~

skl;l;ksdfj;g it's like your lower diffs are good but once you get to the highest diff, you're trying too hard to overmap, and sometimes it works, but sometimes, it doesn't and makes the map look weird.

Sprosive's Hyper is amazing >_< (I'm a fan of his mapping style, to be honest :3) - I can't mod taiko, but I've tested it in AutoPlay and KumaTaiko seems fine~

But I agree with CDFA here about the highest diff kinda looks weird, imo the weirdness comes from the hitsound (which is being quite random) - I didn't mod Another's hitsound much here, well if you need reference you can just see how Sprosive hitsounded his diff ^^

Uhm, about the claps... It's good already imo, could be more consistent (like 00:41:915 (1) for example, putting a clap on blue tick is quite weird because there's barely something from the song there) but I've looked to your SigSig map and your clapping style is fine for me~
The mass amount of finishes are also cleverly placed for me, could be tidier but I'll let others look for it :3

I'll shoot star for now, though - I really enjoyed your movie and the song itself, and of course that Sprosive's lovely Hyper ^^

Uhm, about the claps... It's good already imo, could be more consistent (like 00:41:915 (1) for example, putting a clap on blue tick is quite weird because there's barely something from the song there) but I've looked to your SigSig map and your clapping style is fine for me~
The mass amount of finishes are also cleverly placed for me, could be tidier but I'll let others look for it :3

Overall needs some more work imo >_<

Okay then, after few discussion via IRC and Forum PM this has improved a lot now ^^~

To next MAT/BAT/Modders : Noting few things here:

  1. I know the title is a bit different with Muya's ranked ver. of this song, but I've looked around and found this:
    1. CaptivAte Compilation refers the song as CaptivAte ~Sabaki~ instead of CaptivAte~Sabaki~
    2. I have this song's BMS file in my Lunatic Rave 2, and it's named CaptivAte -SABAKI- [Another14].bme instead of CaptivAte-SABAKI- [Another14].bme
    3. This site wrote "Sabaki" with space for the romaji
  2. About DeeN's clap usage, it might be quite random but I fully understand he got the inspiration for it from another DJ YOSHITAKA songs (CaptivAte~裁き~(SUBLIME TECHNO MIX) and Contract) - it doesn't end up abrupt though, now it ends up in an unique clapping imo~
  3. The 1/6s in Taiko are also fine imo (as I asked XK2238 himself to mod it, and he loved it, plus I saw some taiko mods in page 3-4 and no major complaints about it (:
  4. The video might not be related to beatmania IIDX, but as this is the continuation of this ranked map I suppose it's fine (the video matches anyway xD)
