But from what I know, there's actually no ranking criteria for Taiko diffs.
So we can't say flashes are unrankable, but only discouraged...?
Also, for the limit of 3 kiai parts, I disagree with this.
Because most of the songs included in authentic Taiko are less than 3 mins, while many Taiko diffs in Osu have 3 mins +.
Longer songs usually have more kiai times.
Using this stricter limit may suit well in authentic Taiko, but not Osu Taiko.

The two "1/6 + sliders + kiai flashes" parts make players miss easily. I suggest removing all 1/6 and flashes except the last one.
