I think I just did the biggest brain play ever on binding of Isaac. Was fighting against hush with 4 heart containers, I had to think of a plan so that I would be able to refill the heart containers during fight. Through some planning, I managed to get a swallowed penny which drop a penny every time I get hit and an ace of heart which turn all the pennies into heart.
