By the way, I'll try to post one nomination per day.
If ever we run out, maybe I'll start posting a new one once per week?
OzzyOzrock
Sounds good. There are only so many different techniques that aren't too similar to another.
Rukario
Nominating:

Technique Name: Krisom Criss-Crosses

Description: Two wave sliders, which are Horizontally or Vertically shifted and the selection is reversed. Technique was created by Krisom.

Maps where it is used:
Shakira - Te Aviso, Te Anuncio by Krisom [Insane]
DJ Mendez - Tequila by Krisom [Insane]
Sam Tsui & Christina Grimmie - Just A Dream by Rukarioman [Insane]

Nothing against you krisom! I still love you, i swear! ;D

Oh and btw Rukario, it would be nice if you were to add another example that comes from another mapper.
Xgor
Nominating.
Star Formation

A pattern of at least 5-6 circles placed in a way so the followpoints looks like a star.
Most commonly a jump but it can also be spaced.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra - Wizards In Winter[Insane]00:49:164 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Earilest example I know
IOSYS - Poinsettia[Insane]Later part's of that difficulty is almost only that.
Susumu Hirasawa - Big Brother00:57:372 (1,2,3,4,5) , good example of a bit more closely spaced star formation and usage of 5 circles (5 circles is usually more common)
Rukario
Well here is a pending map that uses it :P
Too lazy to lurk in maps if they have it.

Sam Tsui & Christina Grimmie - Just A Dream by Rukarioman [Insane]
m980
Lemon Tree has one.
"I'm turning my head"
Sakura
Almost all of my maps have one of those star patterns =P because i love them so much
SapphireGhost
I'm nominating Drain Sections, when a difficult beatmap suddenly gets slower or less difficult in an attempt to either match the song better or cause the HP bar to drain.
ziin
Couldn't it also be a 7 or 9 point star?

@sapphireghost
I hate those. Also you need ranked examples

I'm sure that 01:51:608 - 02:17:695 - is a drain section. (The best drain section to ever exist :T)

Drain Sections
Can't Defeat Airman anyone?
Derekku
Not sure if I'd classify that as a "technique". :v
rust45
I'd more think of it as lazy mapping and adding artificial difficulty.
RandomJibberish
I love those, and would class them as a technique. Good Examples: http://osu.ppy.sh/s/16572 , http://osu.ppy.sh/s/14868
ziin
I've always wanted to make a map which fails you on spun out, even if you SS the song.

Doublestack a spinner. Profit.
NoHitter
Note that the current list (pending m980's approval) is:
44) Central Anti-Jumps
45) Star Formations
46) Drain Sections

The others haven't posted enough Ranked maps from different mappers with the techniques they mentioned.
Xgor
You forgot Differential Stacks, and that was even your nomination :P
Well I'm have some more ideas for nominating and will probably edit this post later so I can add them.

Edit:
Dunno what to call this one (Half cutting sliders or something...)

Falcom Sound Team J.D.K. - The Fate of The Fairies [ignore's Hard]
Salia - Trust[Hard]
NoHitter
Sorry guys, can't post one today. IDK if I can post one tomorrow too.

kiou sliders

(this is one of kioukiou's most used patterns)

It can go the other way too (as in, the 6 slider above curves to the right instead)

EDIT: Also nominating something.

Endpoint Slider Jumps

Consists of a slider in which the ENDPOINT is distance spaced with the previous note. This means that you have to jump to reach the actual start point. Almost always used in some sort of symmetrical pattern.

Maps:

Nightwish - Amaranth [Shaggaranth]
HTT - NO, Thank You! (Full Ver.) [Insane]
SYNC.ART'S feat. Kaori Aihara - Absolute Demolition [Lunatic]
maay
quintitem uses it a lot, too

Larto uses them too. In fact, I'm guilty of using them too in my remaps. (Offline "Border of Death" and "Banned Forever".)

So let's not name those sliders after users please.
NoHitter
Current Nomination List:
47) Slider-End Overlaps? Half-Cutting Sliders? kiou Sliders? (better name suggestion?)
48) Endpoint Slider Jumps
49) Differential Stacks

Techniques that Need More Ranked Examples by Different Mappers:
50) Step-Too-Far's
51) Spider Sliders
52) Krisom Cris-Crosses

If there are any objections to the current list, please do so in the thread.
Krisom

End-Cut Sliders? End-Switching Sliders? The essence of this ones is that the direction switches at the end of the first slider, switching to the (aprox) 90º direction (If (1) is vertical (2) will be horizontal, if (1) is horizontal (2) will be vertical, and so on), doing an underlap at the first slider's endpoint (imo). Uhm, I dunno... Maybe End-90º Sliders?
Yeah sound horrible I know.

I am pretty sure I saw one ranked map (not mine) with this. Maybe it was one of my guest diffs? Or maybe it just was a Pending...
...^_^" my memory sucks gomen
RandomJibberish
Krisom Criss-Crosses should totally just be shortened to Krisom-Krosses

Also aaargh I'm sure I saw them in another map but forgot which one
Verdisphena
Technique Name: Krisom Criss-Crosses (Krisom-Krosses)

Comp - Gensou no Satellite [Insane] by Shinxyn

i really like it but hard to have a chance to use it in my own map... often fills in too much beats, meh.

That's because you map all the 1/2 beats Natsume dear =w=
</jk>
Also yeah I forgot that map has one too :o <3~
Lybydose
err does this count?

If so, you can add COOL&CREATE - Rapid Ensemble [Lunatic] to maps that use it.

Xgor
Let's add new ones instead of more crosses!

Spiral Slider

EastNewSound - Lucid Dream[Strong Power] 03:18:213 (1)
Yoko Ishida - paraparaMAX I(At the end of the first song) Oldest use of that as far as I know

A slider that goes in a spiral.
Can both go start from the middle and from the outer point and can have repeat arrows.
Krisom
I think I have one or two of those on Miku Miku Bacteria...

*checks*

Oh god my sliders were so horrible before, Oh well it was my first ranked beatmap so ~
Pic here

Hatsune Miku - Beware of Mikumiku Bacteria [Non-Stop] And [Normal]

Plug Out has a juicy one:

I'm still trying to figure out a good name for the end-cutter sliders.

Edit: End-Cutter Sliders it is.
pieguyn
Compressed Streams

Those streams that are only 2 or 3 level 3 grids apart (or considerably small compared to the rest of the map). It's used in just about every map using streams.

Examples:

Hommarju feat. Latte - masterpiece

EastNewSound - Hana wa Gensou no Hate ni
