I felt everything was refined well so I just have aesthetic suggestions for this difficulty!
01:59:046 - Ok, starting here the violin sounds low and sad. It then changes to a higher pitch and more mellow tone at 02:04:236 - I think you could change the slider shapes to better reflect the violin's pitch! Something like this: http://i.imgur.com/uSCbzNJ.jpg and http://i.imgur.com/Z0WO3uV.jpg
02:12:019 (1) - The violin sound here can really be noticed so perhaps a slidershape like this: http://i.imgur.com/lp6CXhy.jpg can better reflect it too?
02:14:614 (1) - What you did here is a perfect example of what I mean in the above 2 points!

00:27:992 - I hear a beat here. Did you leave it unmapped so it becomes a triplet instead? If no, then I suggest putting another circle so it becomes like http://i.imgur.com/PVMlaKR.jpg This is to emphasis the drums that build up until it reaches 00:28:236 - where there is a loud piano sound!
02:37:154 - I have a suggestion here! Since the song is building up tension using the drums here, why not place the sliders like this: http://i.imgur.com/TUv9EZt.jpg? You can also increase DS to about 1.5 too, to better capture the intensity imo. Higher intensity = Non-uniformed placements
02:58:073 (3) - The ovelap here and at 02:59:046 (1) - isn't consistent to me because the former had a beat following right after it while the latter did not. I suggest placing 02:59:046 (1) - over here: http://i.imgur.com/mHRou2M.jpg
02:37:154 - I have a suggestion here! Since the song is building up tension using the drums here, why not place the sliders like this: http://i.imgur.com/TUv9EZt.jpg? You can also increase DS to about 1.5 too, to better capture the intensity imo. Higher intensity = Non-uniformed placements

02:26:290 - The SC1 Clap here sounds a bit out of place because there's the same hitsound at 02:26:938 - just after it. Her voice seems to be more pronounced at 02:26:290 - so I think letting it ring out would be better rather than letting it fight with the hitsound. Would taking this out sound better to you?

03:00:019 (1,2) - Her voice here seems to be relatively the same when compared to 02:58:722 (1,2,3,4) - So I think the jump is too big.
03:12:992 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Are the spacing changes intentional? If so, might I suggest using a slightly higher DS but keeping the notes connected because the song does become a bit more intense at 03:19:479 - but not to the point it warrants spaced streams imo.
