The BG isn't really relevant, also it's bit stretched for a widescreen. It'd be better if you would find a new, relevant BG that was 1920x1080 or 1366x768 (16:9)

(there is the suuuuper silent echo but it's just too quiet imo to have any effect) So maybe you could explain what are you trying to follow with the click/active note?

01:36:593 - Instead of having the first drum beat mapped under the end of the spinner just give it it's own hitcircle, it deserves it
01:37:628 (3,1) - These could be mapped as a 5 note stream just fine :s

Pretty much random spacing, spacing changing, flow changing, mappable beats missed ( 01:45:473 - 01:45:645 - 01:56:679 - ) which you deem to be mappable here 01:56:507 (2) - and 1|2 spam (yes they have a similar stylish beat they are placed on but 1/2 sliders or following the vocals would fit much better). I just can't see what are you trying to achieve with it
01:59:182 - I really do not see a reason why should you even create an artificial break here. The HP drain is very forgiving and holds over a short amount of not having notes even with HR, it's just a distraction while playing
02:05:559 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - Some of the claps are seriously kinda overdone, giving the pattern much more emphasis through hitsounding that it actually imo deserves. Maybe you could use similar hitsounds as you used for these 02:16:593 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) -
02:54:610 (6,7) - The 7 is a bit more spaced when compared to the other objects in the stream
03:26:593 (1) - Slow SV doesn't really represent the sound it's mapped on, it's a sort of "pew" like a lazer in any kind of movie thus i'd expect something kinda fast mapped on the sound
03:32:455 (1) - Even though this is an extra difficulty people this kind of placement of sliders will still throw the players off the track. Since the next object on the exactly opposite direction as the initial headpoint|reversepoint suggests, thus it messages to the players that there would be an uneven amount of reverses. Here though you have an even amount of reverses so the slider finishes to the exactly other side than the next object is, making the pattern a real pain in the ass to properly read. This kind of placement is furtherly opposed by the way you have mapped the sliders prior to this one 03:27:628 (1,2) - 03:29:007 (1,2) - such as in these two occasions, when there is an equal number of reverses the object is in front of the slider, when there are an uneven amount of reverses 02:27:628 (2) - the movement reverses. Suggestion applies to all similar patterns
03:37:628 (5,6) - The 6 is spaced little bit less from the previous object than the other objects are in the stream
03:48:662 (1) - Since the sound you are following with the buzz does not stop here 03:48:892 - just continue it all the way to 03:48:978 - and move the next slider to the side where you placed the buzz slider

03:53:145 (1,2,3,4,1,2,4) - You can reduce the amount of finishes used for these sliders... it's way too much right now
04:00:042 (1) - Kind of a pointless NC since this 03:59:697 (1,2,3,4,1) - is a single pattern and imo should be a single combo aswell
04:10:904 (1) - It's kinda weird that you instantly change from following the vocals into the drums 04:11:421 (2,1,1) - , since you only follow the drums for that section i don't see a reason to keep this 04:10:904 (1) -

04:50:386 (9,9) - You could NC these two so the combo in the stream doesn't really get into the double digits. Imo it's just nicer to look at
04:54:524 (1,1) - The single hitsounds on these sound really unnecessary. The buzz is getting faster so it's no use following something that doesn't really exist on that part by hitsounding. The hitnormals should do the just fine
04:55:214 (1) - This isn't mapped on anything. Just extend the buzz slider to 04:55:214 - as the buzz does continue all the way to there but there isn't any specific beats the single hitcircle would specifically follow
05:07:628 (1,1) - Why this one has normal-hitwhistle? You haven't used that kind of hitsounding in the other kiais on similar points?
05:15:042 (1) - ^Same but this one has drum-hitclap
05:22:800 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This kind of change in the amount of curveture doesn't really imo look good. The curveture should be the same in a stream pattern unless the curveture is changed by an appropriate way to change it such as a sharp turn 05:24:869 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - . For example here 05:21:421 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - you use the same curveture for the whole stream, the stream looks to be whole and has a logical structure
05:30:731 (1) - Same as before with the "pew" sound
05:31:076 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - 05:33:490 (1,2,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Kinda agree with newton again w but with little bit different reasoning. This kind of patterning 05:31:076 (1,2,3,4) - is 100% fine but instead of changing the way to place the sliders multiple times you should choose to either do all the sliders like 05:31:076 (1,2,3,4) - these or like these 05:35:214 (1,2,3,4) - . I'd recommend the second option since it seems to be the way you prefer generally
05:48:317 (3) - Since you have extended the slider to be all the way (to the final tick before the next object) through why not do similarly here 05:54:869 (2) - ? The sound the slider would be following does last until that final tick and over it aswell, but the final tick is better to finish on the slider for the sake of playability
06:25:904 (2) - The 8 bit stylish sound here theoretically lasts all the way until 06:26:248 - so imo having the slider reversed and the end completely silenced (by a blank audio file) would be a good idea. The ranking criteria allows sliderends to be completely silenced as long as it makes sense http://puu.sh/v2BNL/775bd0715c.png and imo 06:26:248 - this not having a specific beat the tail would follow is good enough of a reason
