Finding modders for 5k is hard isn't it O.O
Also, light blue is a pretty color

That's pretty much all from me. Sorry it was a more technical mod rather than a pattern based one, but I can't play 5k as well as I can 4k XD

General
Maybe increase the HP of Crono's Hard to 7.5. It's currently the same as Basic, so I dunno.
Also, OD and HP 9 for Expert feels a little bit too cruel. Maybe decrease it to 8.5 ~ 8.7.
01:04:794 to 01:15:128 - I honestly don't think you need a Kiai here. This part isn't super important. Same for 00:22:128 to 00:32:794 though this may just be due to the short nature of this song.
I feel like you shouldn't have an audio lead in because there's quite a lot of stuff you can map in the first six seconds, but that's just me, so I dunno.
Lastly, I love you for checking AImod.

Basic
01:25:378 (85378|4,85461|3) - For a normal level difficulty, I'd suggest not having two 1/4 notes on the same hand, so move one of the notes to the other hand instead?
01:31:461 to 01:37:294 - This part is the ending of the song, so there's a lot of stuff going on, but it feels pretty much about the same difficulty wise to the rest of the song. Maybe consider adding a 1/1 beat layered on top of what you already have, and then 01:34:128 to 01:36:794 add a 1/2 beat on top of everything else? Ignore this if you left it out for sake of SR < 2.

Crono's Hard
00:10:128 - Measure 7 is pretty much the same as difficult, save for the notes at 00:11:294 and 00:11:378 present in the difficult level. I'd suggest adding a single note on the red ticks as there's a fairly loud drum sound there. So basically, notes at 00:10:294 and 00:10:628 and 00:10:961 and 00:11:294
00:11:794 (11794|4,11794|1) - Suggest removing one of these notes (consistency issue) as this is the same sound as 00:12:128 and 00:12:461 to name a few, but the ones I just listed are single notes, whereas the first set of notes I listed are doubles.
00:14:294 - Suggest adding a note in 5 to make a jack with 00:14:461 (14461|4) because it's the same sound.
00:38:294 (38294|3,38461|4) - Suggest control H (if you do, there's something that happens to the hs apparently, but I dunno what...?) because this feels a little right hand heavy due to just releasing an Ln and playing a note in 5, so I think shifting this to the left hand might feel a little better.
00:45:294 - Make this a triple? There's an accented sound on it.
00:48:794 - Add a note here to signify the (mini) crash here.
00:52:128 to 00:54:128 - Suggest doing something here similar to 00:46:128 to 00:48:461 because this part feels a little empty but it's still during the climax(?) of the song.
01:15:794 - Add a note in 1 because there's a bell sound kind of thing that makes this sound a little more accented in the music than the rest of the drums.
01:20:794 - Also suggest adding a note here since it's a bit more accented than the rest of the drums.
01:26:128 - Suggest making a triple because this is more accented in the music and louder than 01:26:294 Another way to do this would be to just remove a note at 01:26:294 (86294|3,86294|1) but it doesn't give this sound any differentiation from others at that point.

Difficult
00:06:128 - Add a note in 3? There's a little (mini) crash.
00:07:461 - ^^
00:08:794 - ^^
00:09:461 - Make triple because of the crash on top of the normal drum sound??
00:10:128 - ^^
00:11:461 - ^^ Andddd, last one I think.
00:13:961 (13961|4,13961|2,14294|0,14294|2) - Highlighting because copy and pasting times is ew. Make these notes triples since they're accented.
00:18:961 (18961|1,18961|0) and 00:19:294 and 00:19:628 - Make/add triples because of the accented sound.
00:13:961 and 00:14:128 - These SV's are a little bit erratic and too unpredictable imo. I'd suggest tuning it down to maybe a .6 for the first one, leaving the second one the same, and moving the third one down to 00:14:211 If you accept, you should do these to other SV's of a similar nature. I'll stop mentioning them now.
00:38:128 - In measure 28 and 29, why do you stop with the notes on the red ticks? The music style hasn't really changed that much, if at all, so add them in?
01:00:794 (60794|3,60794|4,60961|2,60961|3,61128|2,61128|1,61294|0,61294|1,61461|2,61461|1,61628|2,61628|3,61794|4,61794|3,61961|2,61961|3) - Not a suggestion, I just really love stairs, heehee
01:17:961 (77961|1) - Imo, this looks a little weird because you don't have any other 1/2 jacks in this measure, so it kind of sticks out. Suggest moving to 1 or 4.
01:28:128 - Add a single note to represent the drum at least?
00:07:461 - ^^
