Rocket's Hard


  1. 00:34:929 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - I don't think this pattern is friendly to players that can't yet properly play hard maps, the spacing is weird and even I didn't read it properly the first time through playing.
  2. 00:36:570 (4,1) - Again with the spacing, I think this is a little too extreme especially for a 1/3 pattern that was spaced smaller before.
  3. 00:43:287 (2,3) - The way he sings "History" doesn't lower in dynamics and I don't see why the spacing gets smaller here. I suggest you space out 3 from 2.
  4. 00:43:884 (1,2) - Blanket could be improved here.
  5. 00:50:749 (3,1) - The spacing here could throw people off because it's unexpected due to how large the jump is, however it's justified because of the transition in the song.
  6. 00:57:317 (1,2,3) - In gameplay it's hard to see 3 on top of the burst and it causes reading issues.
  7. 01:13:437 (2,1) - It's a pixel off the overlap and it makes me uncomfortable xd

These are major stuff. Fix them ONLY if they don't go against your preferences and you want to
  1. 00:51:049 (1,2,3,4,5) - imo 00:51:944 (2) - should be extended like this. The priority here should be the dragging sound right there. This will also be more consistent since 00:51:049 (1,2) - are pretty much similar xd. The "ry" echo doesn't stand out imo, and doesn't need to be mapped
  2. 00:59:108 (2) - ^ the same applies to here
  3. 01:17:914 (1,2,3,4) - eh i'm guessing this happened because you ran out of space lol. The pattern looks half-baked and a bit random imo. My suggestion would be something similar to the thing in the box below, but you should try to map this yourself without copying it.
  4. 01:24:481 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - for these notes the flow should be in one direction: clockwise or anticlockwise, but not mixed. Right now 01:24:481 (1,2,3) - are acw and 01:25:376 (4,5,6) - are cw. Changing the flow direction will put stress on the player and is not very comfortable to play. Try changing this if you could.
  5. 01:26:870 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - this is worse than ^ orz. tbh this is something people call difficulty spike. If possible, please make them go in one direction and make the DS between them equal so they're a bit more comfortable to play.
And these are normal-minor stuff
  1. 00:21:795 (8,9,1) - make the distance between them equal for aesthetic purposes
  2. 00:25:525 (7) - this jump right here doesn't fit really well imo. It makes jumps at 00:23:287 (3) - etc. less intense uwu.

  1. Some combo colors look weird with the current slider body colors, the yellow for example doesn't seen to make a good combination there. Moreover the actual colors are not on the background, I know that the clean white that covers most of the bg makes it possible to use other colors, but it seens that your following the ciano blue of the background (used on the slider body) so why not make a combination of a silver combo color and a bluish combo color to match both background and the current slider body color?

  1. 00:14:331 (1) - What about this rhythm instead here? It will cover the white tick better, since there's a strong sound that worth clicking, even for a beginner difficulty.
  2. 00:41:197 (2) - A pattern like this one seens much more interesting here, the flow will be much better, since the transition between these notes 00:40:301 (1,2) - is quite precarious, and it would be better if the (2) was rotated clockwize to improve the flow.
  3. The first half of the kiai, is much easier than all the rest of the map, but in fact it's clearly densier than the prev. part, I'd recommend you to add more objects there, to make it represents better the song.

  2. This difficulty has a different ending point because of the spinner, I think it's better to remove, since the other difficulties stop here: 01:28:660 - .

  1. 01:05:376 - AiMod says that there are two timing points at the same time, fix it
  2. What happened to the downbeat on the first part of the song? It seens out of place (not on the big white tick), are you sure the timing is correct there?
  3. 00:14:929 (5,1) - This is quite a huge jump compared to everything else on this part of the song, there are some sounds that worth much more emphasislike 00:22:392 (1) - with actually lower spacing, try nerfing a bit the spacing there, it doesn't make a great consistency with the rest of the song.
  4. 00:45:676 (6) - This beat woth a NC, it starts a new measurement on the song.
  5. 00:52:690 (3,4) - Auto stacking is making them overlap with the prev. slider, try to replace it manually.
  6. 00:52:840 (4,5) - I kind of don't like the way such an important beat on (5) gets so undermapped by having this incredible short DS between these two objects, I'd rather something more like what you did here: 00:54:631 (1,2) - 00:58:213 (1,2) - etc.
  7. 00:59:855 (3,4) - Here we have the same auto stacking issue I pointed earlier, just make sure to fix so the map looks cleaner.
  8. 01:03:586 (5) - I would add a NC here, in fact you should add a NC every half measurement, because you're playing the BPM doubled which makes one measurement equivallent to two. You did it sometimes, but it seens that you either forgot to add to every location, or you were a bit distracted. 01:14:332 (1) - here for example is good.
  9. 01:06:870 (5,6) - I reckon this deserves more emphasis, the (6) beat is very important, as the background instrument changes the note it was playing suddenly and with a lot of intensity.
  10. 01:26:870 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - I quite don't agree with these jumps, they are over everything we have seen in this difficulty (like, waaaay over) every other jump wasn't this high, and this is actually 1/6 jump. And for consistency, every other time that you placed individual circles together (examples: 00:28:810 (1,2,3,4,5) - 00:31:795 (2,3,4,5) - ) It was something that looked like a stream, with low DS, but here you just blew everything up with these stars :p They are too hard for this kind of difficulty and they are not consistent with the way you used this kind of rhythm before, You could try to use some high spacing, enough to make each circle don't touch each other, but not this kind of star.
  11. If you still decide to keep the stars, I recommend you to place 01:28:660 (1) - (the last note) out of the stars to make it with a bigger impact on the player.

I tried to but for some reason when I got into the code it wouldn't update with the colors I changed :p I tried a lot of things but It just keept the old colors, and now I lost everything because I updated ...

@Zyl: for the objects unsnapped, redownload please, I change the mp3 some time ago, maybe you have the older mp3 and the older timing./or maybe you have the editor in 1/4, the song is 1/3 - 1/6!

Furthermore, there are also many overlaps in the last pattern which isnt good for the sake of aesthetics imo. yeah, I can't think a better thin to fix the overlaps, but I thinks they are fine for the pattern, moved down the pattern, I like the idea!
