hitnormal20 has a 3ms delay which cant be passed, hitnormal2,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,16 have some kinds of delay from 1ms~3ms, i fixed all of them here, use this instead: http://puu.sh/mteW8/501854ae9c.rar

Ok Im gonna clear all this up, Moecho is banned and cant upload this herself
since we both mapped in this and I did the hitsounding, she wanted me to upload this.

You can easily shorten Moecho's parts and map them. So, everything is fair. Considering that the difference is pretty huge I am sure that the host mapper has to contribute more to the map.

Since collabs are explicitly judged on a case by case basis i guess this should work then but it's already in wip / help o.o
Agreed, already known that uploader should be the one doing the most work regardless of who made it; but who cares about my opinion I'm shit (I needed an even number of posts)
The fact that Depths did the hitsounding is not enough to cover almost 39 seconds of difference.
would really be a shame if parts need to be deleted and redone just to satisfy a fairly ambiguous rule

Or we can pull off the yolo strats and delete the parts that Moecho did, remap them yourself the same way and say you did the work. I'm a genius, can't believe my brain works 2:30 in the morning

Normaly they should never be judged on case by case basis. Once the guest differ maps over 50%, it is "their set". And here it becomes even more obvious since it is a difference of about 35 sec, which makes one wonder why BNs skipped that even though it's one of the elementary rules in osu for good. Banned users are no exception either. What if it happens they get unbanned? Could have been prevented with owner mapping those 35 sec which has been given a solution for this case.
