This fact not strange, i have seen much players doing it.
You have 99% (average) + you do 10 or 20 maps with a "D" rank (less than 50% or like you want) = decline your acc fast

^Really, from that you can only see he got it within an hour. Sure there are only 3 scores there, but only when you beat your own score, it would get announced there, no? Fixing accuracy really isn't that hard either. If you got time and dedication, sort by rank, and just go through every score you have. I'm not saying that he isn't a cheater. I can't prove anything for one side or another, but I seriously think you should atleast let him say something himself before accusing all over the place

Also, slider spinning is pretty common. It's one of those "Hey, this part is easy, so I'll improvise a bit on it" things, like hitting arrows with your hands in DDR.

Ohman.. Shut up about hyt... I get tired reading his/her name whenever something like this happens. Seriously, other people ARE capable of cheating, and there are people capable of getting good within a short period of time.
From what I can see, boy*somenumbersIdontremember* is a Taiko player, which can mean some things:This thread is to report scores that doesn't look right. We report, someone looks into it in a formal manner. We really don't need accusations thrown everywhere.
- Someone hacked him and then cheated
- Some bug/errorish thing
- He cheated
(This is pretty much what many here try to say, I guess)

Yes, for example with new osu updating osu you download it, it is built the game and maybe can check and find auto mouse movement programs in use, or can fix the "cheat" mods (halftime, relax, etc...)[-R-] wrote:
