Then what kind of proof can they provide? There's no solid proof other than the fact that he suddenly got all those scores in only a month and the fact that the mouse movement is clearly weird. Other than that, I don't think there's anymore proof.

The only ways to tell that someone is surely cheating is if that person does one of these:
[*]Constant 477 spin
[*]High scores with low playcount (For example : http://osu.ppy.sh/u/1_1_1 , come on, this is SO fucking obvious.)
[*]Cursor teleporting (Unless the player is proven to use a touch screen like Bikko)

Well, well. First at all, innocent until disproven. Good points were exposed, but we don't have a really impossible prove (e.g. their combos are greater than max combo allowed by the song).

Secondly, who cares if the user is #1? If you're really sure it's a cheater, then ignore the situation.

And remember, H1ko: Don't need to prove anything, because everybody knows you're the best! ;D

(P.S.: Note I'm not saying hyt013 is a hacker, unless you really prove it is)

Not read all thread yet, just point this out.

You can only say "most" instead of surely for this, spunout, offline, multiaccount(Illegal as well but its different as cheat) can do practice as well. I don't think "too good" is a reason for accusing people, yes it is a indication to doubt. But as an indication, you can keep an eye on this player's plays and find more proof, like impossible move or constant 477 spin, THEN ACCUSE A PLAYER BY ALL PROVE INSTEAD OF THE REASON "HE IS GOOD". doubts need no proof but accuses do. See page 34 and 35 and see how sprosive is misunderstand.

I will try to contact hyt103 to ask him all about this and ask if he can post a video he play like sprosive ASAP, this is the best way to clear all of this I guess. Or let peppy spec him when he is playing.

Heh, no. How can you be so sure you can HD+FL a map as soon you turn off spun out? That guy spent 1 playcount on each map he #1'd. NO second try at all.

Also INB4 people flame me for "cheater supporter" or something else, I better say this first. Cheaters suck and gtfo osu. I just want to prove and yes there is an easy way to do(ppy spec). So I think its better to keep on doubt instead of accuse atm.

He doesn't need to do obvious systematic things like 477 rpm spins for us to realize he is a cheater, there's this thing called common sense which you can rely on to judge if something makes sense. 5 playcounts for 5 #1 scores in the same hour is NOT possible how ever you put it.

1.peppy can prove a player cheat or not cheat just through spec, this is much more convincing than all of our "common sense".

3.hyt103 has over 7k plays and he was #2, and on many top40 scoreboards since long ago.

me and my friend FC'd that Marisa and Kanbu mashup map with a 98%+ or about that acc together (he was using the mouse and I was smashing keyboard with 2 hands) at a party, we were playing some maps like that just for fun. I wonder how many people would call me a cheater if I was logged in that time : D

Anyway, I love this thread so much now.

I think I should point out that I tried to play in hyt103's... "style" that's apparently a piece of evidence, and I didn't do half bad (for me anyway). If one got used to it and was precise enough he/she could probably do exactly what is done in his replays. As for him suddenly improving in skill, some people tend to improve in "blocks" where they make huge improvements suddenly instead of improving constantly at a lower rate, so that explains why he started doing so well all of a sudden.

In other words, yes, hyt103 may be cheating, but I don't think there's quite enough proof to reach an entirely solid conclusion yet. :|

You can decline your acc so much... doing only "D" ranks (60%~70% acc)
This fact not strange, i have seen much players doing it.

You have 99% (average) + you do 10 or 20 maps with a "D" rank (less than 50% or like you want) = decline your acc fast

^Really, from that you can only see he got it within an hour. Sure there are only 3 scores there, but only when you beat your own score, it would get announced there, no? And that doesn't mean you can't esc->retry. And he does have 358 plays on Rhapsody - Emerald Sword [Extreme]. It doesn't look like how people usually play, but yes, you CAN play like that.

Fixing accuracy really isn't that hard either. If you got time and dedication, sort by rank, and just go through every score you have. I'm not saying that he isn't a cheater. I can't prove anything for one side or another, but I seriously think you should atleast let him say something himself before accusing all over the place

I don't know if this story would help..

I and some of OSUer played CS with hyt103 a few days ago.
He asked us to install sxe (a software that to prevent cheating in CS)
We wonder why he did this for we've known each other for a long time.
His words impressed me:
"我不是怕你们作弊，我是怕你们以为我作弊"
（"I'm not afraid of you guys cheating,I'm afraid of you guys consider me is cheating"）

And hyt103 is really a CS pro.

When Cookiezi's multi accounts got deleted, his 'Cookiezi' account was saved. So the same thing will probably happen in this case. Anyways, let's see if he says no to peppy when he tells him to play some maps.

I wonder here in osu HOW MANY PROS HAVE EVER CHEATED ONCE OR MORE? I wont surprise if there are many of them had done it. Let us face it, either hyt103 cheat or not. He will never been banned becoz cheating but becoz he was #1 and looks like cheating. You guys talking about Emerald sword, then Who The Fuck is esonic and if you ppl think there are things hyt103 done not common sense then Why The Hell is this DOUBLE TIME HARD ROCK score is common sense. How can you accuse someone of cheating when you haven't displayed facts to support your claim, especially when it comes to things like these. I mean if people were accusing me of cheating i wouldn't want to be bother either especially by the people who were leading it, and then to come and post these accusations in a topic in which it doesn't belong. That is just plain stupidity.

afaik, there are people that play with mods such as spun out before playing the map for rank.

I have no idea about if hyt103 is a cheater or not, but you're all already taking this too far. Yes, he'll have to prove if he's cheating or not, yes, peppy (or someone able to) will decide if he's cheating or not, but fighting here and starting talking shit about him or any other people doesn't solve anything, so please stop.

Yes, thanks for unlocking this, few days ago I found a weird score and I don't know where to report it.
http://osu.ppy.sh/u/381505 on this map: http://osu.ppy.sh/b/56038, at the first day he joins, he already get #1 on that song, beating me (HardRock+DoubleTime+Flashlight) with HardRock+DoubleTime+Flashlight+Hidden combination. But I've seen his replay, actually it looked like a newbie's replay (not someone's multiaccount replay). Note that I'm just reporting (not accusing) - he could just be very talented.

Looks perfectly fine to me. The end spinner probably just looks like constant 477 because the only times that you see the RPM with FL on just happens to be around that number.

Also, slider spinning is pretty common. It's one of those "Hey, this part is easy, so I'll improvise a bit on it" things, like hitting arrows with your hands in DDR.
