I can't see a pattern going on in most of your map, and that's kinda bad. Sure, beginners won't really care about it, but you're going for some quality charts, am i right?
I'm not going to say anything about the vocal parts because i'm absolutely horrible at following vocal pitch. But when you're going for something mechanical like drums you should have patterns that either repeat or remember each other.
For example this. You made a pattern and then mirrored it later! Those are patterns that look like each other. Doesn't really need to be mirroring, you can use other things to make a pattern remember another, like making 1232 4121 or even 1234 2134.

So here goes: Rearrange these parts taking in consideration what I said above:
00:10:305 - to 00:17:505 -
00:19:905 - to 00:38:955 -
02:17:341 - to 02:35:791 -

00:38:955 - This part also looks kinda random, but since you're kinda following the guitars here, I recommend you to make the LNs follow a 1234 pattern since the pitch goes up with time. For the rest of the notes you should do what I said above while still resembling pitch. I know you're following the drums but making a connection with pitch going up sounds like a good idea. Maybe make something like 2141, 3212, 4323, 3414, it's similar patterns but they change the most used column making it look like they're going to the right.

Do the same for the repetitions of the parts said above. (you can vary things ofc, but try to follow more or less the same thing)

00:16:305 (16305|1,16605|2,16905|1) - maybe you could make these notes LNs for the sake of expression :v
01:18:405 - add a note on 4
