00:05:039 (1) - Wouldn't be better to start the spinner at 00:05:350 - ? Would keep the consistency with other diffs. You can add a circle at 00:05:039 - instead and move the spinner. Plus, the emphasizing part of the vocal starts there.
00:42:985 (3) - It's better to add two circles instead of a slider, because ending a slider on a strong beat (in this case, the big white tick), "deletes" all its intensity and emphasis. You can end sliders on a big white tick, but since there's a new strong section starting here, would be better to add two circles.
00:50:134 (4) - I usually don't point nazi stuff on my mods, but you can improve this blanket a bit making a softer slider.

00:05:350 (1) - You can put a circle here and start the spinner on the red tick, like you did with Hard and Insane. Wouldn't be a problem to do that.
01:27:104 (5) - I don't know if it's a good idea to stack it here, it could be really confusing for new players, since they could think the sliders is actually starting here and miss everythiing..

Couldn't find anything bad on this diff, it's perfect.

00:25:879 (1) - While testplaying I could notice that if you Ctrl + G this the flow would improve a lot.
00:50:134 (3,4,5,6,1) - Would be a great idea to increase the Distance Snap here, this part is really emphasizing and the jumps are really small. Probably smaller than the previous section, which has less emphasizing beats.
01:12:095 (2,3) - Not sure if you should do this, since there's no emphasizing thing on the blue tick here to add a jump, could be confusing because of the DS :C

- A lot of kiai endings are not snapped on all diffs, plus a lot of circles and sliders aren't snapped too. Check AIMod (Ctrl + A) for more details.
