Ok then, mod incoming.
Why did you use Death Note Font for the Story board ;w; Well, nvm.
Why did you use Death Note Font for the Story board ;w; Well, nvm.
- 00:05:681 (2) - I really cannot find a beat here. If you do something like this it fits the rhythm a bit better in my opinion:
- 00:07:230 (3) - If you map this sound you also would need to map 00:07:423 - , 00:07:617 - , 00:07:810 - because they are the same beats. However, if you applied my first suggestion you should keep consistenty here by doing a long slider with reverse arrow again.
- 00:08:004 (1,2,1) - Maybe increase distance a bit to give it a bit more movement because the beat is quite loud here.
- 00:26:520 (12,1) , 00:41:681 (3,4) - , 00:42:649 (3,1) - , and so on.... - I agree to put HDashes here. However, in your stream you didnt keep consistency on this beat. This drum appears quite often and there should be a HDash always at the same position. I show you what I mean:
(1) 00:32:391 (3,4,1) - The drum beat appears here, you also added HDashes here, that's fine by me. But the HDashes BEFORE that section (please check them out by yourself again) are confusing because the music is too low for that. Consider reducing the distances here to keep just normal Dashes and only HDashes on the drum beats.
(2) 00:38:681 (5,6) - Looking on the drum here again a HDash should appear here definitely. Don't worry about 2 HDashes successively, you already did it in your stream before. - 00:58:714 (4,1) - The HDash is fine but a normal CTB player expects another HDash to the left, this simply improves the flow here. Moving 00:59:488 (2) - to x: 96 here works fine, it plays smooth to me.
- 01:01:810 (8,1) - Why a HDash here... I mean the beat is not even getting louder and it is coming out of nowhere. Just keep the distance as you had at 01:00:649 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) -
- 01:03:746 (1,2,3) - I dislike this pattern. It doesn't play very smooth. An option would be to ctrl+G (2) and decrease the distance between the sliders to avoid any HDashes, still I am not 100% sure about this.
- 01:33:165 (1,2,3,4,5) - I really didn't expect to get this easier from note to note, I'd make it exactly the other way around, like: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1885853
- 01:36:069 (6,1) - There should be a HDash here because you also added one at 01:34:520 (8,1) - . This gives the whole part more consistency.
- 01:38:585 (1,2,3,4,1) - Are you that sure about this? For me these many HDashes at the end of the Kiai are just frustrating and the Kiai is already quite hard with all its streams. And the spinner is barely catchable after so many difficult HDashes.
- 02:27:564 (2,3) - Sounds really odd somehow, doesn't seem to fit the melody here. Suggest highly to delete (2) and (3) here and give the slider before one more reverse arrow.
- 03:13:490 (2,1) - There should be a Dash here, as well as you put some at 03:08:753 (5,1) - , 03:10:464 (3,1) - (and so on)
- 03:14:938 (2,1) - and 03:18:096 (5,1) - Though the rhythm changes a bit, there might fit a little Dash anyway.
- 04:35:472 (2,1) - Maybe move (1) more to the right and create a dashy effect. Suits well to the music imo
- 04:37:578 (1,2,3,4) - Increasing distances from note to note with a little HDash at the end (just if you want) seems better to me.
- 04:39:157 (1) - Why does it end at a 1/8 tick? There is not beat here, extend it to the next 1/1 ticks and give it some proper hitsounds that matches the loud piano sound.
- 04:50:013 (4,1) - HDash maybe? But if you do so get rid of the spinner and map on the notes which I also prefer because there are a lot of notes that can be mapped well inside of the spinner.
- 05:20:014 (5,1,2) - You should consider adding HDashes here. The rhythm repeats here quite often, you always put HDashes on that section apart of that single one, consistency hi.
- 05:54:950 (1) - x: 160 and I am happy
- 06:47:057 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6) - This part feels so odd... I would map on the 1/4 drums here because they are much more outstanding than the Piano voices at this part. Please think about remapping this section.
- 07:13:801 (8,1) - Ok HDash goes to the left side of the screen, 1/4 section later suddenly starts at the right side, impossible to catch it.
- Wasn't there a rule about 1/2 distances between note and spinner? ._. This rule counts also for 07:07:584 (1,1) - , 07:10:348 (1,1) - , 07:26:532 (1,1) - , 01:39:359 (1,1) - , 02:05:681 (1,1) - , 04:50:211 (1,1) - and 06:34:425 (1,1) - I know there were thousand discussions about it already, especially if that only counts before, after or before/after spinner, ranking criteria says after a spinner, but I personally also dislike this short distance before a spinner, so in the end this is probably up to you...
