I was concerned about the difficulty spread but after investigating once again, Easy is pretty much easier than Normal although the star rating doesn't look that way. Hard is not completely harder apart from Normal so I have some confidence to rank it, and hopefully it won't get in trouble afterwards.

About the Easy Diff: 1.99 is pretty high actually but it isn't actually unrankable because the rule says to not left out a Difficulty between the spread. So you have NNHII atm which shouldn't be unrankable but then check carefully about the Easy Diff.
EDIT: Checked the Easy Diff. @Fr33z3R: In my opinion - and you do NOT have to agree with me - you could lower the density of the hitobjects. Sometimes it feels a bit overfilled compared with other parts and let it looks a bit too hasty. And if you changes to your Diff, please add clap on 00:11:665 (2). Otherwise, Mira-san should do that instead.
aha.. feel free to take an opinion from Stefan and consider whether you would like to reduce or not. I suggest you reduce the note density though but not a must. Icons here are arranged in consecutive order so it's fine unlike the one Mira-San gave out as it stepped over a Normal icon.
